We also announced the annual Bray Cares 100% campaign. For two consecutive years, our entire team has shown unwavering support for Bray Cares. At Bray, we don't just do business; we build a legacy. F.A.M On August 15, Fosters Alumni Mentors celebrated their 6-year anniversary with their new building open house!

From July 14 - 16, 40 children boarded school buses for Camp Good Grief, a transformative retreat hosted by HopeWest Kids for those grieving the loss of a loved one. The camp's impact ripples outward, instilling hope and resilience for brighter futures. Thank you to Kevin Bray and Vicky Bray for volunteering in this wonderful program! CH, CH, CH, CHANGES You may have noticed there have been a lot of changes this past quarter. Some changes to Colorado Real Estate Law include updates to tenant screening, radon tests and pet ownership for renters. Thank you, Cindy, for keeping us informed and for supporting us through the changes. And while we’ve had to say goodbye to some friends who left Bray to focus on different paths, we’re proud to continue to support them on their journey and are so glad we were able to be a part of it - even if it was for a shorter time than we expected. But, we’ve also got to meet new people and create new relationship! Thank you, Bray family, for your collaboration, understanding and patience!

Bray Family,
This previous quarter we had a lot of wins and challenges. For this letter, I would like to write about our beloved colleague, Jane Reed. It is hard to understand why something so tragic can happen to such wonderful people. As most of you know, our lives changed in an instant on Thursday, Oct. 5th when a car drove through our property management office. Jane was badly injured and unfortunately left us to be with the angels on October 12th.
Jane was an integral part of our team and left an indelible mark on our company. She would lighten up your day with her smile and genuine care. I especially loved sitting with her as she told me about her camping trips with her family and the great times she would have. It is important for us to remember and celebrate these moments as we pay tribute to her memory. We invite all of you to join us in celebrating the life of Jane Reed on October 23rd, 10 am, at Downtown Vineyard Church. Our offices will be closed for all that would like to attend. In celebrating her life, we also honor the unity and support that define our Bray family. Let us use this occasion to come together and support one another during this challenging time. Should anyone need additional support please do not hesitate to reach out.
