Our Bray Way Breakfast brought the team together to celebrate the wins of 2025 while setting the tone for an exciting year ahead. The morning highlighted key accomplishments across the company and offered a look at what’s to come in 2026, building momentum for the months ahead. We were proud to announce Jimmy Kleager as our incoming president and look forward to his leadership in the year ahead. We also want to extend our sincere thanks to Lynn Thompson for stepping in as interim CEO his leadership and willingness to support Bray during a critical time has meant a great deal to our entire team. This year ’ s HBA Luncheon marked the end of an incredible chapter as Kevin Bray passed the torch after serving two years as President. With two years on the executive committee and now continuing to serve as a past president, Kevin’s leadership and dedication to the HBA have made a lasting impact. A longtime member for over a decade, he has given countless hours and resources to support both the industry and the community. His influence goes far beyond the title, and it’s clear he’s helped move things forward in a meaningful way.

MAINTENANCE MAYHEM:

PHONE EDITION

Proof that maintenance has fun too. One minute it was a normal day, the next it somehow turned into both Michelles holding phones together while Mike and Neal tried to carry on a conversation across the office. No one really knows how it started, but we’re glad someone grabbed a picture. It might not be the most efficient way to take a call, but it’s definitely the most entertaining. Honestly, this could be the new office phone system.

75 YEARS YOUNG

Robert celebrated his 75th birthday the Bray way with cupcakes, coffee, and a full room in the Ed Center. He walked in to find his office fully decorated, setting the tone for a day that was all about him. Having spent most of his life with Bray, and with three of his kids working alongside him, it was a celebration that felt more like family than anything else. It was a fun moment to pause and recognize someone who has been such a big part of Bray’s story.

As I reflect on my time serving as President of Bray, I am filled with an overwhelming sense of pride and gratitude. This company has always been about more than real estate, it is about people, relationships, and a shared commitment to doing things the right way. Together, we have continued to build on that foundation, taking meaningful steps to strengthen our business, support one another, and position Bray for long term success The dedication, resilience, and heart that each of you brings every day is what makes this company so special, and it has been an honor to be part of that journey.

While it is bittersweet to step away from my role as President, I do so with complete confidence in the future of Bray. I have full trust and faith in this team and in the leadership ahead, and I am genuinely excited to see where you take it next. Bray is in a strong position, and the direction we are heading is something to be proud of. I will deeply miss serving in this role, but I will always remain one of your biggest supporters, cheering you on every step of the way.
