A WELL-DESERVED NEXT CHAPTER After leading Bray through an important chapter in our company's history, Michelle Urlacher stepped down as President in May. Her dedication, leadership, and countless hours of hard work helped guide the company through times of change while continuing to move Bray forward. We gathered at WestCo to celebrate Michelle before she headed off on a well-deserved two-month adventure with her family. When she returns, she'll begin an exciting new chapter working alongside her husband with Build Works Group. Thank you, Michelle, for everything you've done—we can't wait to hear all about your travels!

AN EVENING OF EXCELLENCE Circle Of Excellence Dinner, June 11th, 2026 The Circle of Excellence Dinner is one of our favorite traditions, bringing together Bray Realtors who have dedicated at least 10 years to the company while achieving exceptional career sales volume. This year's celebration was especially memorable as we welcomed Merrite Wyatt into the Circle of Excellence, recognizing an incredible milestone of more than $180 million in career sales volume. It was a wonderful evening recognizing the dedication, professionalism, and lasting impact of those who have helped shape Bray's legacy.

SPRING MARKET SUCCESS Bray Real Estate, Saturday May 2nd, 2026 What started as an idea turned into a fantastic community event! Amanda's Spring Market featured over 20 local vendors, several food trucks, and a welcoming atmosphere that brought people together to support small businesses. A huge shoutout to Amanda, Sam, and Shane for organizing such a successful event—we're already looking forward to seeing it grow in the years ahead.

A PAW-SOME DAY AT BRAY Brays Paws For A Cause Friday, May 26th, 2026 Our annual Paws for a Cause event brought the community together for a great cause, raising nearly $700 for Roice-Hurst Humane Society through hot dog sales and generous donations. The highlight of the day? Seeing Rowdy find his forever home! Thank you to everyone who stopped by, donated, grabbed lunch, and helped support the incredible work Roice-Hurst does for animals in our community.
LIGHTS, CAMERA, PUPPIES! Before the event, our marketing and events team visited Roice-Hurst Humane Society to film a campaign video with Kayla Howell. We got a behind-the-scenes look at the incredible work their team does every day, spent time with some of the dogs waiting for their forever homes, and even visited the resident cats (who may have stolen the show). It was an unforgettable experience—and while Kayla almost lost a foot to one very enthusiastic pup, that's a story best told in person!

25 YEARS OF DEDICATION Friday, May 1st, 2026 We gathered to celebrate Linda Belcher and an incredible milestone—25 years with Bray. From welcoming countless employees to taking care of the people of Bray for more than two decades, Linda has been a constant source of support, kindness, and dedication. Complete with a coffee truck in the parking lot, plenty of stories and laughter, and several Bray retirees stopping by to officially welcome her to the club, it was the perfect way to celebrate a well-earned retirement. Thank you, Linda, for everything you've given to Bray over the past 25 years. We wish you a retirement filled with happiness, relaxation, and all the adventures ahead!

BUILIDING MORE THAN HOMES This spring, Habitat for Humanity of Mesa County celebrated a remarkable milestone with the dedication of its 100th home, welcoming five deserving families who completed the program and officially received the keys to their new homes. It was an inspiring celebration of the volunteers, donors, and future homeowners who continue to make affordable homeownership possible in our community. The event also marked the conclusion of Darah Galvin's two-year term as Habitat's President. Darah has been instrumental in coordinating Bray's volunteer build days and strengthening our partnership with Habitat, and we're incredibly grateful for her leadership and dedication. Adding to the celebration, Robert Bray was honored with a Lifetime Achievement Award recognizing his role as Habitat's very first donor in the early 1990s —a testament to Bray's decades-long commitment to helping build stronger communities.

DUCK, DUCK... WHO DID IT? Wednesday, April 1st, 2026

April Fools' Day brought an unexpected surprise as hundreds of tiny ducks mysteriously appeared throughout the office. Every desk, shelf, and corner seemed to have a new feathered friend hiding in plain sight. To this day, the culprit has yet to confess. Will we ever solve the Great Bray Duck Mystery? Only time will tell...

In April, Bray volunteers traded their desks for hard hats and spent the day helping build a future home for a local family. OUT IN THE FIELD Commercial Tour, Tuesday, May 23rd, 2026 Our Commercial Tour gave the team an opportunity to get out of the office and take a closer look at several of our commercial listings throughout the city, including a number of properties along North Avenue. As I look at everything we've accomplished over the past few months, I'm reminded of what makes Bray so special: our people. Through every opportunity, challenge, and season of change, this company has continued to move forward because of the dedication, professionalism, and heart that each of you brings every day. It's inspiring to see the way our team continues to support one another, serve our clients, and strengthen the communities we call home. As we begin this next chapter in Bray's story, I couldn't be more optimistic about where we're headed.
