YOUNG MUSICIANS SUMMIT (formerly Young Musicians Day) is a multi-day workshop for string chamber ensemble students to come together in the beauty of Vail, CO, and immerse themselves in music. Students will receive coaching from Festival musicians and Bravo! Vail Music Maker Haciendo Música teachers, improve their playing and technique, and work together with other students toward two public performances. In addition, students will attend a Bravo! Vail Orchestral Series performance together, build friendships with other young musicians through ensemble playing, music appreciation, and social activities. The 2025 program runs July 16-19. Out-of-town students requiring overnight housing must stay with a parent or guardian. Local discount housing is available.

Intermediate and advanced violin, viola, cello, and bass students, ages 12 -18, can apply beginning February 3 at BravoVail.org. Students should be proficient at reading music and have prior experience playing in an ensemble.
