The OSU Alumni Association is thrilled to introduce our 2027 Traveling Cowboys tour collection! With 35 thoughtfully curated journeys across the U.S. and around the world, this year’s lineup offers unforgettable opportunities for alumni and friends to learn, connect, and explore the world together.
Over the past year, over 250 Traveling Cowboys set out for remarkable destinations such as Iceland, Greece, and Indonesia, as well as iconic U.S. experiences like The Masters and visits to some of our nation’s most breathtaking national parks. Traveling with us means more than just seeing the world – it means strengthening your bond with Oklahoma State while sharing meaningful moments with fellow Cowboys.

While Alumni Association members receive an additional gift before departure, you do not need to be a member, or even an OSU graduate, to travel with us. Our program is open to all alumni, families, and friends. To learn more about becoming a member, visit okstatealumni.org/join.
WHERE CAN I GET MORE INFORMATION ABOUT A TRIP?
Each tour has its own dedicated cobranded website featuring detailed itineraries, pricing, and booking information. You can access these pages by visiting okstatealumni.org/travel and selecting the individual trip that interests you.
Printed brochures will be mailed approximately 6-9 months prior to departure and can also be requested by contacting the OSU Alumni Association.
HOW DO I REGISTER FOR A TRIP?
To register, simply visit the specific trip page on our website and follow the link to that tour’s booking site. Bookings can also be completed over the phone with the partner operating the trip. Partner phone numbers and web links can be found at the back of this catalog.
HOW MANY OSU ALUMNI SHOULD I EXPECT TO TRAVEL WITH?
Participation varies by tour. Group sizes have ranged from as small as two travelers to as large as 30, with recent averages around 12 guests per trip. You’re always welcome to contact the OSU Alumni Association to inquire about current reservation numbers before or after booking a tour.
WILL MY TOUR INCLUDE AN OSU STAFF HOST?
A minimum number of participants is required to secure an official Oklahoma State representative. We strive to have an OSU host on as many departures as possible, as we know it greatly enhances the experience for our travelers. All tours include professional tour directors and local guides provided by our tour operators to ensure a seamless and memorable journey.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO CANCEL? WILL I GET A REFUND?
Cancellation policies vary by tour operator, so please review the terms and conditions for your specific trip. In most cases, penalties apply as a percentage of the tour cost based on the number of days prior to departure. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, as it can often cover the costs lost due to cancellation.
