BALLANTYNE
The signature South Charlotte suburb has all the amenities of center city without the constant buzz. This suburban gem is one of the most popular areas in Charlotte and features modern homes, business centers, retail complexes and activities for all ages.
BARCLAY DOWNS
Barclay Downs is an affluent residential neighborhood with classic 1950s and ‘60s homes lining leafy streets. The area contains high-end boutiques selling luxury labels and homewares as well as stylish restaurants. Nearby Symphony Park has an outdoor stage hosting summer concerts by the Charlotte Symphony Orchestra.
DILWORTH

Eastover
