A Menlo Park resident died from his injuries after being attacked in front of a taqueria in East Palo Alto yesterday, police said. Police were initially called about a man acting erratically and disrobing in the area near Taqueria el Jarocho at 2395 University Ave. When police arrived at 2:21 p.m., they found a 52-year-old man suffering from “significant” facial injuries, police said. He told police he had been assaulted by another man. “It was a physical attack. There were no weapons used, no shots fired and there is no public safety threat,” Capt. Paul Kunkel told the Post.
