A jury yesterday found two drivers and the parents of one of the drivers liable in a civil case stemming from a 2022 Redwood City crash that killed the parents of 7-year-old twin girls, awarding the family $33 million. A family of four — Gregory Ammen, Grace Spiridon and their twins — were driving home from the girls’ grandmother’s home on Nov. 4, 2022, when they were struck by a car moving 100 mph, killing both Ammen and Spiridon. They were less than 10 minutes away from their San Carlos home at the time of the crash.
