A truck driver who worked for Santa Clara County has been charged with smuggling meth into a jail in exchange for sexual favors from female inmates. Marcos Mejia, 36, of San Jose, had dozens of notes in his locker from female inmates discussing sexual relationships and encouraging him to bring in more drugs.
