A Message from the Fourth Editorial Board Jigsaw puzzles are nice – the box cover shows the complete picture, the pieces have clean edges, the grooves fit snugly together, and things make sense. Our lives are decidedly not like that. We’re all trying to build and make sense of a volatile fractal. Some pieces bring us joy and fit nicely. Others are large and unwieldy, with jagged edges that we have to build around. BRACU Express has been an important piece of our lives for the last 2 years. We tried to make the best of what we were given, to nurture and expand this fledgling platform. Of all the things we take away from our experience here, we find these lessons to be of utmost importance: 1. Every achievement, big or small, means the world to someone. 2. Never let the likes, comments and reactions drown out the things that matter. 3. Every single person has a story, and they deserve to be heard. 4. Say yes to new ideas, to atypical adventures. Make life happen, don’t just let it pass you by. We are incredibly proud of what we were able to achieve with this little piece that was entrusted to us, and none it would have been possible without the help of our contributors.
