KICKOFF-14:15

We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Tighearnán ‘Tig’ McLoughlin-Roche.
Tig joined us 5 years ago when he moved to the area and will be deeply missed.
Tig passed after bravely fighting a devastatingly short illness.
All of our thoughts and prayers go out to Tig’s wife Ellie, daughter Aibhe and family.

Without further fixtures last week in Regional 2 North West, this was a golden opportunity for Park to climb further up the table and place pressure on the teams below. The squad have done extremely well since December 2025 to dispel the dark spectre of relegation.

There’s still work to do against Northwich at home today, the last of two home games Let us hope we can declare mathematical safety before we meet our derby rivals, Firwood Waterloo for the penultimate match in Regional 2 North West
Northwich came away from their local derby vs Winnington Park with a narrow win on our blank week whilst Altrincham Kersal overcame Firwood Waterloo, so the second half of the table still looks tight Suffice to say, Park needs to continue their form
