Boutique magazine has been inspiring and informing independent fashion retailers for over a decade. Since its initial launch, it remains as the only publication devoted to the indie womenswear and lifestyle sector spanning clothing, footwear, accessories, jewellery, homewares and gifts.
There is no other dedicated print magazine landing in the hands of the UK’s most successful indie retailers every month. Reporting on the latest industry news and insight, fresh product launches, collection drops, expert knowledge, must-attend events and the stories behind the UK’s most inspiring indies, our vibrant publication and website ( boutiquemagazine.co.uk ) is read by the key decision makers behind leading fashion retail businesses.
The independent fashion retail industry has changed dramatically over the years and Boutique magazine has evolved with it. Cultivating an engaged community across several platforms, it regularly informs readers on up-to-moment industry news and updates on social media. In 2019 the magazine also launched the first Boutique Star Awards - an annual celebration of the very best independent fashion/ lifestyle retailers and suppliers in the business.

Boutique magazine is the brainchild of publisher Julie Neill and editor Gemma Ward, who launched the title in 2010 to inform and inspire indie womenswear retailers. Today it is published in Kent by a small team who are dedicated to supporting the indie retail community.
We create a print and digital issue every month, which is delivered by post and email combined to over 12,000 indie retailer subscribers. The magazine and website is also read by agents, brands and trade show organisers.We work with leading womenswear, footwear and accessories brands to deliver fresh and inspiring content to our niche readership.

If you are supplying artwork, please send via email as long as the files are under 10MB. Please send larger files via third party ftp (eg. Wetransfer.com).
Accepted file formats are: high resolution PDF, EPS, TIF, PSD, JPEG. Files must include fonts and images. Images need to be a minimum of 300dpi, CMYK. Files must be supplied with images embedded and fonts outlined. All cases where overprint is used must be brought to our attention when supplying files. If we are designing your artwork we require a brief in an email or word document. We cannot use images from websites for print. You will receive an email proof for approval.
