Sales rose 28% year over year, sold volume climbed 51%, and average sold prices increased 18%, with homes moving faster across the board. Standout performances in Alys Beach, Watersound Origins, WaterColor, Sandestin, and Miramar Beach helped drive the surge, reflecting sustained demand for both established communities and emerging markets along the coast.
