Octavius Exhibition Stand — 2D Graphics & Lightbox Artwork
Delivered the full suite of 2D graphics for a medium-sized custom-built exhibition stand for Octavius, working on a freelance basis through an agency. The project focused on creating clear, high-impact branded visuals that translated seamlessly across the stand environment while maintaining strict adherence to brand guidelines.
My role covered the artworking, layout development, and preparation of print-ready production files for all stand graphics, including a featured lightbox display panel. This involved setting up final artwork to supplier specifications, ensuring accurate dimensions, bleed, resolution, colour profiles, and material requirements for large-format print.
Particular attention was given to brand consistency, legibility at distance, and visual impact within the exhibition space, ensuring the graphics supported the stand’s architectural design and visitor flow. I also managed the final file supply and production handover, helping to ensure a smooth manufacturing and installation process.
The final stand delivered a strong, polished on-brand presence that aligned with Octavius’s visual identity and exhibition objectives.
ASICS — Large-Scale Custom Exhibition Stand
Commissioned on a freelance basis through an agency, I was responsible for the 2D graphic design, panel artwork production, and delivery of print-ready files for a large-scale custom-built exhibition stand for ASICS.
My role focused on the full technical artwork package for all branded stand surfaces, including large-format wall panels, feature display graphics, structural fascia panels, and illuminated lightbox artwork, ensuring all visuals integrated accurately with the stand build specifications.
A key aspect of the project was the precise preparation of production-ready files to supplier and fabrication requirements. This included setting artwork to exact panel dimensions, incorporating correct bleed allowances, trim areas, safe zones, and scaling ratios for large-format print output. All imagery was carefully checked for sufficient effective resolution at final size, ensuring crisp reproduction across oversized panels and viewed-at-distance surfaces.
Special attention was given to image scaling, DPI optimisation, and colour consistency across multiple print substrates and illuminated elements, with consideration for how graphics would perform under exhibition lighting conditions. I ensured all files were supplied using the correct colour profiles, linked assets, and print specifications to support accurate large-format production.
Maintaining strict brand consistency was central throughout the project, with all typography, colour usage, product imagery, spacing systems, and visual hierarchy aligned to ASICS’s established brand guidelines. The final artwork package delivered a cohesive and technically robust branded environment across the entire stand.
The completed stand presented a strong premium retail-style presence, with technically accurate, installation-ready artwork supplied for seamless production and on-site application.
Skyes Timber — Small L-Shaped Exhibition Stand
Produced the 2D panel artwork and print-ready file package for a small L-shaped custom exhibition stand for Skyes Timber, working on a freelance basis through an agency.
My role focused on supplying technically accurate artwork across the stand’s key graphic surfaces, including back wall panels, return side panels, fascia graphics, and product display branding, ensuring all visuals aligned precisely with the structural layout of the L-shaped footprint.
All files were prepared as print-ready large-format artwork. Image assets were checked and scaled to ensure sufficient effective resolution at final output size, maintaining clarity and quality across all printed surfaces.
The final artwork package was supplied ready for production and installation, delivering a clean, technically robust and fully on-brand stand environment.
Agri Management — Exhibition Stand Graphics & Print File Supply
Commissioned directly by Agri Management Fabric, I was responsible for the complete 2D graphic design, production artworking, and print-ready file supply for a custom-built exhibition stand.
My role involved the creation and technical preparation of all stand graphics, including feature wall panels, return elevations, fascia branding, and supporting product display visuals, with every element built precisely to the stand fabricator’s panel specifications. Particular care was taken to ensure artwork aligned accurately across adjoining surfaces and structural joins, maintaining a seamless visual flow throughout the stand.
A key technical aspect of the project was the management of image quality at final print size, particularly for large-format output. All photographic assets and branded imagery were carefully assessed for effective resolution at 100% output scale, rather than relying solely on original file dimensions. Images were scaled proportionally to their final installed size and checked to ensure they retained sufficient clarity when enlarged across large panel areas.
This included reviewing pixel dimensions, effective DPI at final scale, sharpness, and reproduction quality at typical exhibition viewing distances. Where required, imagery was resized, repositioned, or substituted to maintain crisp detail and avoid visible pixelation.
All files were prepared as fully print-ready large-format artwork.
Working directly with the client, I maintained strict brand consistency across all visual elements, ensuring typography, logo positioning, imagery treatment, and colour values remained aligned with their established visual identity. The final result was a technically robust and visually polished graphics package, optimised for high-quality large-format print reproduction.
Delivered 2D graphic design, production artwork, and high-resolution print-ready files for a range of pop-up exhibition stand projects across multiple clients and sectors. These projects included portable display systems, branded backdrops, curved pop-up walls, roller banner integrations, and modular exhibition graphics for trade shows, conferences, and promotional events.
My role focused on the technical setup and supply of large-format stand artwork, ensuring each design was accurately prepared to the manufacturer’s specifications. This involved building artwork to exact panel dimensions and system templates, with careful attention to visible graphic areas, particularly for curved and segmented pop-up systems.
A key technical responsibility across all projects was the management of image quality at final print size. All visual assets were assessed based on their effective resolution at full output scale, ensuring that photography, brand visuals, and supporting imagery retained clarity when enlarged for large-format print. Particular care was taken to verify pixel dimensions, effective DPI, sharpness, and viewing-distance suitability, minimising the risk of pixelation.
For each job, I prepared high-resolution print-ready files with correct colour profiles, embedded or linked assets, and supplier-specific pre-press settings to support smooth production.
Delivered 2D graphic design, production artwork, and high-resolution print-ready files for a wide range of roller banner projects across multiple clients and sectors, including exhibitions, conferences, corporate events, and promotional environments.
My role focused on the design and technical preparation of artwork for large-format roller banner systems, ensuring each banner was built precisely to the manufacturer’s template and hardware specifications. Particular attention was given to overall visible area, bleed, and non-visible cassette allowance, ensuring critical content remained within safe zones and was not lost within the banner base mechanism.
Each file was supplied as a fully print-ready high-resolution PDF files.
World First —
Bespoke Portable Exhibition Stand
Working on a freelance basis through an agency, I was commissioned to produce the 2D graphic artwork and print-ready file package for a bespoke portable exhibition stand for World First.
My role focused on the technical setup and supply of panel artwork across the portable stand system, ensuring all graphics were accurately built to the stand manufacturer’s specifications and ready for large-format print production.
A key part of the project involved working directly from technical drawings and stand elevations, using supplied dimensions, panel references, and construction details to build each artwork panel to exact size.
Particular attention was given to interpreting technical drawings, including panel widths, heights, visible areas, overlaps, and structural tolerances, ensuring that all graphics aligned correctly across adjoining sections of the stand. This was especially important for maintaining continuity of imagery, typography, and brand elements across multiple connected panels within the bespoke portable format.
All artwork was prepared as high-resolution print-ready files, with correct bleed, trim, safe zones, and panel tolerances applied in accordance with supplier requirements. Image assets were carefully assessed for effective resolution at final print size, ensuring clarity and sharpness across all large-format surfaces.
Strict brand consistency was maintained throughout, with all typography, colour values, logo positioning, and visual hierarchy aligned to World First’s brand guidelines. The final artwork package was delivered ready for production, supporting seamless print output and installation within the portable stand structure.
