Burleigh Brewing Company- Burleigh Heads Burleigh Brewing Company is built on Balance, Character and Soul. After all, when they began in 2006 the Queensland beer and brewing landscape was pretty much devoid of all three. They don’t do stunt beers. They don’t brew to fads. They simply exist to create great, honest, world-class local beer and to make a difference while they’re doing it. After 10 years of expanding into every available nook and cranny in their original brewery site, Burleigh Brewing began a large expansion project. In March 2016 their brand new doors were opened and the new experience is simply fantastic. You can now visit Burleigh Brewings brewery and tap house Wednesday and Thursday, from 3pm to 6pm, Friday 3pm to 8.30pm, and Sunday 2pm to 6pm. Friday evenings the tap house hosts a local musician and food truck to ease you into the weekend. Sunday afternoons also see a food truck serving up delicious dishes to accompany your beer and end the week on a high.
Seascape Restaurant and Bar- Surfers Paradise Seascape Restaurant + Bar is perched on level 1 and 2 of the Soul Boardwalk directly opposite the iconic Surfers Paradise beach. With incredible ocean views and exceptional seafood cuisine, it boasts some of the best vantage points the Gold Coast has to offer. The Bistro + Bar on level 1 with its open air atmosphere enjoys the fresh sea breeze with spectacular views of Surfers Paradise Beach. The extensive food menu has something for everyone, from fresh local seafood to meat and vegetarian dishes. Relax dining or just cocktails and drinks at sunset is what the Bistro + Bar is all about. The Restaurant elevation on level 2 with its absolute beach front location enjoys the best views the Gold Coast’s has to offer. From its captivating architecture and sophisticated ambience, it infuses uncompromising focus on excellence bound by a love affair of seaside dining and a contemporary seafood menu with at least 6 fresh fish species are on offer daily.
