Take an extra second when drawing up an agreement in REX if it’s after hours & the OA hasn’t done it etc.
We have a few lately that have had the wrong GST understanding crossed out, sales persons name instead of Bower Real Estate as the selling agent & one with no estate at all selected.
These are all user learning things so can be surmounted by slowing down a little & asking for review if unsure.

Mailing Lists/Tags and Newsletters
If you are wanting to create newsletters to send to your databases, you will need first to contact bower support to have a mailing List set up for you. We will then step you through how to add your contacts/tags to these lists.
All tags came across in the merge and are linked to your buyers, if they were already in place in Property Suite. Any new buyers added post data merge in June will not have tagsthese will need to be manually added by yourselves.
If you are wanting to send mail merge mass emails to your clients about a property you can do this through the contacts tab.
