Suomen Bouvier ry:llä on kunnia järjestää Bouviereiden IPO MM-kilpailut 2015, kisat pidetään nyt ensimmäistä kertaa Suomessa. Yhdistys täyttää tänä vuonna virallisesti 33 vuotta, joten aika kauan olemme saaneet tätä odottaa. Se että saimme kisat Suomeen on kiittäminen pientä joukkoa aktiivisia rodun harrastajia, joka ovat kiertäneet muualla Euroopassa MM-kisojen katsomoissa ja kisakentillä, ja siellä luoneet ja pitäneet yllä kansainvälisiä kontakteja He ovat satsanneet energiaansa ja aikaansa siihen että olemme päässeet näin pitkälle, että kisat ovat vihdoin toteutumassa täällä Suomessa. Järjestelytoimikunta on käyttänyt verkostoaan hyödyksi niin, että olemme saaneet loistavia yhteistyökumppaneita, ilman niitä kilpailun järjestäminen ei olisi onnistunut. Kiitos Maskun kunnalle, SRY Turun alaosastolle, kaikille sponsoreille ja muille yhteistyökumppaneille, jotka olette
jollain tavalla kantaneet kortenne kekoon tapahtuman valmisteluihin. Kiitos myös tuomareille ja maalimiehille että olette lähteneet mukaan, teillä on tärkeä ja vastuullinen urakka edessä! Haluan omani ja yhdistyksen puolesta toivottaa kaikki kisaajat koirineen ja apujoukkoineen tervetulleeksi. Meillä on paitsi ulkomailta saapuvat, myös useampi suomalainen koirakko osallistumassa, mikä on ilahduttavaa. Toivon että kaikki yltävät parhaimpaansa kisojen aikana. Hienoa saada teidät tänne Suomeen ja Maskuun! Tervetuloa myös kaikki kisakatsomolaiset, bouvierharrastajat sekä muu palveluskoiraväki. Welcome!
The Finnish Bouvier Club is honored to be the organizer of this years Bouvier IPO World Championship event, BWC 2015. It is the first time we have the opportunity to host the event in Finland, so as our club was founded thirtythree years ago, it has been a long time in waiting. We have a small group of passionate bouvier lovers that have been first hand at making this possible. Our organizing committee consists mainly of people that have themselves competed in IPO, or have travelled to participate in the competitions abroad, as spectators. The members of the committee have created and maintained networks of contacts in Europe, which have been essential for the organization of this event. Furthermore the committee has been able to find excellent partners for all the different tasks that are involved in the process of organizing. We need to thank the municipality of Masku, the Turku subdivision of the Finnish
Rottweiler Club, all our sponsors and all other parties involved in the work that has taken place before today. We also need to thank the judges and decoys for the job they are about to do, they invest their knowledge and experience in making this event possible. I am happy to wish all the participants and their bouviers and travelling companions welcome to Finland, we are so pleased to have you here in Masku. We also have several participants from Finland this year, which is an extra bonus from my point of view. I sincerely hope that all participants achieve their best at this event, good luck to you all ! All you who are participating as spectators, bouvier owners or other working dog enthusiasts, let's have a great time during these few days, let's enjoy the bouviers and their great performances, it's great to have you here!

Tervetuloa Maskuun – Welcome to Masku – Bouvier World Cup

Maskun kunta on viime vuosikymmeninä kehittynyt nopeasti noin 10.000 asukkaan kunnaksi. Masku on luonnonläheinen sekä viihtyisä kunta Varsinais-Suomessa hyvien liikenneyhteyksien varrella. Kuntaa halkoo vt 8, joka rakentuu parhaillaan vauhdilla moottoritieksi. 20 kilometrin säteellä Maskusta sijaitsevat Turun ja Naantalin satamat sekä Ruskon lentokenttä. Bouviereiden suojelun maailmanmestaruuskilpailut ( BWC – Bouvier World Cup ) järjestetään Suomessa nyt ensimmäistä kertaa. Bouviereiden suojelun maailmanmestaruuskilpailut järjestettiin ensimmäisen kerran vuonna 2003 Hollannissa. Tämän jälkeen MM-kilpailuja on käyty Belgiassa, Tsekissä, Sveitsissä, Tanskassa ja Saksassa. Monissa em. maissa jo useamman kerran. Maskun edellä todetut tekijät ovat varmasti olleet selittämässä miksi Suomen Bouvier ry on valinnut Maskun kunnan Bouvier-koirien MM-kisan pitopaikaksi. Tämä on kunnianosoitus Maskulle ja samalla merkittävä tapahtuma maskulaisille. MM-kisat tuo kuntaa tunnetuksi myös kansainvälisesti. Maskussa kilpailukeskuksena toimii Maskutalo, jonka välittömässä läheisyydessä ovat kilpailun B- ja C-osan kenttäsuorituksissa tarvittava kenttä. Kisojen suojelijana toivotan Bouvier-kilpailijoille, järjestäjille ja yleisölle onnistunutta ja mielenkiintoista kisaviikonloppua. Rauli Lumio kunnanjohtaja

In recent decades the municipality of Masku has developed rapidly into a cooperative of about 10,000 inhabitants. Masku is cozy municipality of Southwest Finland, close to nature with a good transport links. Masku is crossed by the route 8, which is currently being built on speed motorway. Masku located only 20 km from Turku and Naantali and from Rusko airport. IPO Bouvier World Cup (BWC - Bouvier World Cup) will be held in Finland for the first time. IPO Bouvier World Cup was held for the first time in 2003 in the Netherlands. After this, it has have taken place in Belgium, the Czech Republic, Switzerland, Denmark and Germany, and in some of these countries more than once. At the above noted factors of Masku are certainly one explain why the Finnish Bouvier Association has selected the municipality of Masku, to be the place for IPO Bouvier World Championship 2015. This is a tribute to Masku and at the same time a major event for the residents of Masku. The World Championships make Masku know also internationally. Masku competition center is the Masku-House, which is in the immediate vicinity of the competition and its B- and C-parts field performances. Saija Mattila As last year’s World Champions, my dog Ellinora van de Vlaamse Boef and myself have the privilege to welcome you all to the 2015 World Championships in Finland. Bouvier des Flandres has been a breed close to my heart since the 90´s when we got our first one. Since then we have had several more Bouviers. Elli is a special one to me amongst all our much loved dogs. I could not have imagined how much she would change and enrich my life when I picked her up from Belgium. Through Elli I discovered IPO to be my dogsport, got to learn new things and experienced success. I made lots of new great training friends and discovered a whole bouvier enthusiast family around Europe. The homeland of Bouviers also became a special place for me. For this I have to thank Elli’s breeders Herman de Vos and Christel de Westelinck.

Elli had actually retired from competition, mainly because I thought last year that it would be good to finish at the top without any injuries or failures. Despite this, we decided to enter this year’s competition as it’s held on our home soil. Elli has done PR work among the dogsport people and I´m very happy to see that this work is continued by her pups here in Finland as well as in Belgium. I hope that all of you Bouvier friends old and new enjoy our World Championchips. I wish good luck and great performances to all contestants!

Tero Oravasaari Born January 21st 1965. FCI International IPO judge and Finland Search- and Tracking trial judge. Have judged several larger competitions in Finland. Judge since 1999. With my own rottweilers I have participated to: Finnish Championships for all breeds, Finnish Championships for Rottweilers, Nordic Championships and Rottweiler IPO World Championships (IFR). In judging I prefer dogs, who show high drive, technical correctness and also cooperate well with handler.
2015 I am at following positions: Finlands delegate at FCI Utility Dog Commision Member of Finnish Working Dog Association (SPKL) trail comission Judge trainer
Sirpa Pellikka I began my hobby with dogs at 1960's, with my first dog I immediately joined the training group and as a result, we achieved the title of Working Champion. While my enthusiasm for the utility dogs woke up and was increasing, I qualified myself as a judge and selection of different variety of dogsports also increased. I got interested about rescue dog operations so of course I had tot rain few of my dogs into that area also, including qualification for judging rescue dog competitions. I´ve been working with Finnish Utility Dog Association, local clubs and breed clubs from the very beginning. I have represented Finland at FCI in two different comissions; both utility- and rescuedogs. For many years I´veen a member oft he board at IRO, I also have qualifications as international judge and been judging in World Championships, as well as other competitions, in both FCI and IRO app. in 12 different countries.

In Finnish Kennelclubs council I work as a representantive of Finnish Bouvier Club, even I breed German Shepherds with kennelname Sissinheimon. First Bouvier, who completed CH- title in Finland was owned by my daughter, while I trained and handled the dog in competitions. It would be understating to say, that my work as a judge is only a hobby to me. Of course I don´t get my living out of it, it´s more like a true passion and continuous learning process, which gives me lots of joy and energy.

Born April 28th 1970. FCI international IPO judge and Estonian local obedience (IPO B) judge. Have judged several larger competitions in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. Judge at Estonian IPO championships 2011 (A & C parts). Judge at Estonian local obedience (IPO B) championships 2013. I have taken part in FCI IPO judges' seminars four times - 2009 (Germany), 2010 (Spain), 2012 (Netherlands), 2014 (Estonia). IPO helper since1994. IPO instructor since 1996 Responsible for helper education 2001 - 2011 20 years of experience with IPO/tracking dogs, with dobermanns, rottweilers, german shepherds, beauceron, giant schnautzers and malinois. As a trainer I have trained around 50 dogs until different official results. My trainees have showed nice results at FCI IPO-FH WC, FCI IPO WC, Estonian Championships of IPO and IPO-FH. In 2013 four best IPO dogs in Estonia were my trainees. Four my trainees have achieved Estonian Working Champion title in IPO (EST IPO CH).
With own dog dobermann Onaoma De-Light I competed three times at IDC IPO WC and once at FCI IPO WC. Best result at IDC IPO WC 2009 in Apolda (Germany) – 10th place. - 2nd place at Estonian IPO Championships 2009 - Winner of Estonian Dobermann Association's IPO Championships in 2009 and 2nd in 2008 - Estonian Working Champion in IPO (EST IPO CH) At the moment I am training my next competition dog, belgian malinois Daneskjold Hawk, at home just Tüüp (born 2013). Mika Laaksonen Olen Mika Laaksonen 46-vuotias suojeluharrastaja ja maalimies. Koiria itselläni on ollut vuodesta 1992 alkaen. Rotukirjoon on mahtunut rottweileria, malinoisia ja saksanpaimenkoiraa. Olen toiminut koulutusmaalimiehenä melkein 20 vuotta ja kilpailuavustajanakin kohta 15 vuotta. Kokeita on takana useita kymmeniä, joista mainittakoon Rottweilereiden pohjoismainen mestaruuskoe (NOM) 2002, Belgianpaimenkoirien mestaruuskoe 2003, Rottweilereiden mestaruuskokeet vuosina 2005, 2008, 2010 ja 2015 sekä Dobermannien mestaruuskokeet 2008 ja 2011. Minulla on ollut ilo treenata useampaa MM-kisakoiraa, joista yksi on ollut maailmanmestariksi kaksikin kertaa yltänyt bwn Ellinora Flaams de Boef. Nyt on ilo ja kunnia päästä maalimieheksi Bouvierien MM-kilpailuihin täällä Suomessa. Toivotan onnea ja kisamenestystä kaikille. Nähdään syyskuussa ja tervetuloa Suomeen.
My name is Mika Laaksonen. I am 46 years old ÍPO enthusiast and qualified IPO decoy. I had my first Rottweiler 1992 and I have had since several Rottweilers, Belgian Shepherds and a German shepherd. I have trained dogs as a decoy approximately 20 years and I have been a qualified decoy in competitions for 15 years. I´ve been a decoy in tens of trials, for example Rottweilers Nordic Championships 2002, Belgian shepherds Finnish championships 2003, Rottweilers Finnish championships 2005, 2008, 2010 and 2015 and Dobermans Finnish championship 2008 and 2011. I´m proud to mention that I have trained few World Champion level dogs. One of them has won the World Champion title twice. She is Bouvier bitch called Ellinora van de Flaamse Boef. I am honored to be asked for as a decoy in a Bouvier World Champion competition here in Masku, Finland. I wish good luck to everyone who takes part in this competition! Jarmo Määttänen Jarmo Määttänen Varsinais-Suomesta moro. Olen ollut työ- ja harrastuskoirien parissa vuodesta 2004, jolloin suoritin varusmiespalveluksen sotilaspoliisikoiranohjaajana. Suojelun pariin ajauduin 2006, jolloin aloitin myös maalimiestyöskentelyn harjoittelun. Kilpailuavustajaksi minut on pätevöity kesällä 2009, jonka jälkeen olen toiminut kokeissa avustajana kolmesta kuuteen kertaan kauden aikana, mm. Bouvier-Briard-Beuceron rotuottelussa ja kolme kertaa rottweilereiden mestaruuskisoissa. Harjoitusmaalimiehenuran huippuhetket olen kokenut bouviereiden parissa. Olen saanut ollut kaksi kertaa ”joukkueen maalimiehenä” bouviereiden World Cup kisoissa Belgiassa ja Tanskassa. Henkilökohtaisella tasolla Ellin kaksi World Cup voittoa ovat suurimmat kruunut, joissa olen harjoitusmaalimiehenä ja osana tiimiä saanut olla mukana. C-osaan treenaamani koirat ovat saavuttaneet yhteensä kolmisenkymmentä tulosta IPO-kokeista. Olen treenaillut bouviereiden lisäksi mm. saksanpaimenkoirien, malinoisien, rottweilereiden, dogo argentinon ja jopa yhden kelpien kanssa. Kotona meillä asuu vaimoni ja kaksostyttöjen lisäksi kymmenenvuotias malinoisuros, kissa, muutama kana ja kahdeksan lammasta. Hi, I ´m Jarmo Määttänen from Southern Finland. I have worked with service- and workingdogs since 2004 when I fullfilled my military service as a militarypolicedog hadler. I drifted among protection dog hobby on 2006 when I started as a decoy trainee. I graduated as a gualifeld decoy on 2009. After that I have worked in competitions as a decoy every year approximately 3-6 times per season. Main events in my carreer has been Bouvier es Flandres Finnish championships and three times Rottweilers Finnish championships. Highlights of my trainee carreer I have experince with bouviers. I have partisipated two times in BWC trials as the Finnish team decoy, in Belgium 2009 and in Denmark 2010. Ellinora van de Vlaamse Boefs two world Championship wins have been the crowns of my decoy career as I have been the part of her training team. I have worked with Bouviers, German Shepherds, Malinois, Rottweilers, Dogo Argentinos and even with one Autralian Kelpie and my teams dogd have had approximately 30 results on IPO trials. My family includes my wife and our twin daughters, ten year old Malinois male, a cat, few chickens and ten lambs. The time I can spare from dogsport I spend on fishing and hunting.
