A camp for every kid here are moments in every child’s life that they’ll remember into adulthood. No matter where life takes them, kids will carry lessons they learn and memories they make throughout their childhood as they grow up and make their way through the world. For many, summer camp is a place where kids make lifelong friends, learn valuable lessons and make cherished memories. Some of the camps in this edition of Kids Camp will be familiar; others
T
are brand new. Some are virtual this year, many offer in-person sessions following public health safety guidelines. But no matter what your child is interested in, there’s likely a camp for them. Within these pages, you’ll find summer camps for every age, ability and interest, from outdoor camps that will teach your child how to operate in the natural world to arts and crafts camps where they’ll create things they’ll cherish now, and you’ll cherish forever. There are sports camps that’ll get your kid climbing, skateboarding,
biking, swimming and more. Your child can star in a play or piece of musical theater, or learn dance technique all summer. Or perhaps they’d rather learn to identify plants and geologic structures as they explore the outdoors of the West. Camps fill up fast, so peruse the pages of Kids Camp with your little one and see what fits. Use Kids Camp as a resource to see what’s available locally, and get your kid moving this summer (we all could use that after 2020, huh?) Enjoy.
