And look to the artists and artisans, the galleries and museums for both timeless, traditional gifts and contemporary classics. The Artisans Hand Craft Gallery in downtown Montpelier is a designated Vermont State Craft Center. This distinction is given to a select few galleries that meet strict standards for quality and diversity.
