CELEBRATE BOSTON'S INAUGURAL CLIMATE WEEK! Are you an educator, entrepreneur, designer, poet, parent, birdwatcher, or just a cool human interested in making the world a better place? Do you like yapping? FREE donuts? Boston Climate Week is seven days of events, conversations, and community action to accelerate our city’s sustainable future. Everyone—and I mean everyone—can submit an event to the calendar. From May 3-10, 2026, Boston will host its inaugural Climate Week. Climate Weeks are a tried-and-true way for people passionate about climate action to come together, celebrate,

build community, scheme a little, and work toward a brighter, more decarbonized future.

New York City may hold the title for the world’s largest annual Climate Week so far. But much like the Boston Red Sox are better than the New York Yankees, Boston’s Climate Week can be bigger and better. We just need you. Join Blue Hill Observatory, the longest-running climate observatory in the world, for a tour. Drop into the sustainable book club hosted by the City of Somerville. Learn about retrofits—how the buildings of today can become the climate solutions of tomorrow. Join Out in Climate for a queer climate celebration. Watch pitches

from some of the coolest climatetech startups in the state at Greentown Labs. There’s an event for you, no matter what you nerd out about— biodiversity, activism, art, justice, and more. There are workshops, walks, panels, and parties. Take this opportunity to meet someone new and have a conversation that might change the way you think. Better yet, almost all events are free!

this week is bigger than any one organization. It’s a showcase of the communities already building a climateconscious future across Greater Boston.

Boston Climate Week is organized by Climatebase, a climate-career accelerator helping mission-driven people launch careers in climate. They've compiled all the events into one calendar, making it easy to browse and register for whatever interests you. Check out the website and see that

Because climate action is for everyone!

Meet neighbors, organizers, researchers, founders, and people from all backgrounds doing the work. Find your place, and your people, in the climate movement.
