MOBILE APP TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICES GoTemp Home Last amended: Jun 1, 2026 IMPORTANT NOTICE: PLEASE READ THROUGH THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. These Mobile App Terms and Conditions of Services (“Terms”) describe the terms and conditions under which BHC Residential & Light Commercial LLC. (“Bosch”, ”us”, “we”, or “our”) offers each individual or entity (hereinafter, “you”, “your” or “user”) access to the GoTemp Home App (the “Mobile App”) and its Services (defined below). The term “content” refers to any information presented on the App, and includes text, data, graphics, images, photographs, video, audio, and any other presentation of information. 1.
Acceptance of Terms. 1.1 BY CLICKING THE TWO CHECKBOXES ON THE TERMS & CONDITIONS PAGE OF THE MOBILE APP AND CLICKING THE “PROCEED” BUTTON OR BY USING THE MOBILE APP OR THE SERVICES YOU ARE ACCEPTING THESE TERMS AND YOU (A) ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THESE TERMS; (B) REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU HAVE THE RIGHT, POWER, AND AUTHORITY TO ACCEPT THESE TERMS AND, IF YOU ARE ACCEPTING THESE TERMS FOR AN ORGANIZATION, THAT YOU HAVE THE LEGAL AUTHORITY TO BIND THAT ORGANIZATION; AND (C) AGREE THAT YOU ARE LEGALLY BOUND BY ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ANY OF THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE OR ACCESS THE BOSCH SERVICES. 1.2 NOTHING IN THESE TERMS IS INTENDED TO AFFECT YOUR RIGHTS UNDER THE LAW IN YOUR USUAL PLACE OF RESIDENCE THAT CANNOT BE ALTERED BY THESE TERMS. IF THERE IS A CONFLICT BETWEEN THOSE RIGHTS AND THESE TERMS, YOUR RIGHTS UNDER APPLICABLE LOCAL LAW WILL PREVAIL.

Overview. 2.1 General. The Mobile App is intended for use by homeowners of Bosch Home Comfort climate and wellbeing products including but not limited to Smart Home Control Thermostat, YDC, YDV (the “Bosch Thermostat”, and, together with the other Bosch climate and well-being products, collectively, the “Bosch Product(s)”). The functions and services offered by the Mobile App (collectively, “Services”, and together with the Mobile App the “Bosch Services”) are not required for the operation of the Bosch Product, however, for setup and certain functions of the Bosch Product it might be required. 2.2 Intended Use of Mobile App. The content in our Mobile App is provided for your information only. We strive to accurately describe Bosch Products and Mobile App content; however, we do not warrant that specifications, pricing, or other content on the Mobile App is complete, accurate, reliable, current, or error-free. The Bosch Services are subject to sporadic interruptions and failures for a variety of reasons beyond Bosch’s control, including Wi-Fi intermittency, service provider uptime, mobile notifications and carriers, among others. You acknowledge these limitations and agree that Bosch is not responsible for any damages allegedly caused by the failure or delay of the Bosch Services. All descriptions of products and product pricing are subject to change, at any time and without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. 2.3 Weather Guidance Application. The Bosch Services use WeatherAPI.com for real time weather guidance. YOUR USE OF THIS REAL TIME WEATHER GUIDANCE APPLICATION OR WEBSITE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. WEATHER DATA MAY NOT BE ACCURATE. WeatherAPI.com Weather Data may vary from actual conditions due to variable factors, such as signal issues and geopolitical events, that can affect the accuracy of WeatherAPI.com Weather Data. 2.4 Complete Terms. By accessing or using the Bosch Services, you agree to these Terms, as well as the Privacy Notice (“Privacy Notice”) which is located at the following https://scnv.io/Zm3h and is incorporated herein by reference. These Terms also incorporate (a) the Apple, Inc. (“Apple”) Terms and Conditions (located at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/) including, without limitation, the Licensed Application End User License Agreement (together, “Apple Terms”), (b) the Google Inc. (“Google”) Google Play Terms of Service (located at https://play.google.com/about/play-terms. html) including, without limitation, the Google Play Business and Program Policies (located at https://policies.google.com/terms?hl=en) (together, “Google Play Terms”), To the extent there may be a conflict among these Terms, the Apple Terms, the Google Play Terms, these shall Terms control. 2.5 Changes. These Terms may change from time to time. It is your responsibility to check the Mobile App for updates to any Terms. Bosch is not responsible for notifying you of changes to these Terms. You will be able to determine when these Terms were last updated by referring to the “Last amended” legend at the top. When accessing the Mobile App, or through other means of notice as provided in Notices as provided in Section 15.9 Notices, below, you may be invited to review and accept material changes to these Terms. Your continued access to and use of the Mobile App, after we make changes, is deemed to be acceptance of those. If you do not agree to the changes made to these Terms, you must discontinue your use or access to the Services.
