FOREWORD
A New Chapter in a Proud Legacy This is a pivotal moment in the Rollins story. It’s an exciting time at Rollins. Our Company is entering a new chapter— one shaped by the next generation of leaders and Teammates. While we may not share the Rollins name, many of us were raised in this industry. We’ve learned from those who came before us, grown alongside this business, and now carry the responsibility—and the privilege—of building on its foundation with purpose and vision. Over the past few years, we’ve spent time envisioning what’s next, aligning where we’re going with who we’ve always been. When we asked ourselves what truly sets Rollins apart, the answer was clear: Our Character and Culture. Rollins feels more like a Community than a Company. Who we are is defined by how we show up for each other, for our Customers, and for our Communities. It’s in how we serve and grow—individually and together. It’s in our belief in one another and in building something better. It’s also in how we lead—not just with titles, but through action, care, and a commitment to excellence. Every day, across every brand and function, our Teammates are writing the next chapter of this story. And I couldn’t be prouder to walk alongside you in this journey. Together, let’s keep honoring our past while boldly shaping our future.
—Jerry Gahlhoff Jr., President & CEO

What began simply as a commitment to exceptional service has become a vibrant Culture that empowers our Brands to serve their People well, so their People can serve Customers with pride and care.

John (left) and Wayne Rollins shared advice and resources throughout their lives, but they pursued different paths in business.
Our Proud History Rollins began as a family company more than 75 years ago. Our turning point came with our unprecedented leveraged buyout of Orkin in 1964. We now operate as the parent company of more than 60 Brands and are on our way to $4 billion in annual revenue and being the largest pest control company by revenue in the world. It all started with O. Wayne and John W. Rollins, brothers born into a farming family in Ringgold, Georgia, who grew up to be entrepreneurs. In 1948 they launched Rollins Broadcasting, a venture that grew into the fourth-largest communications business in the country. Rollins Broadcasting, later renamed Rollins, Inc., soon expanded into outdoor advertising, and then pest control with its purchase of Orkin, the largest pest control company in the world at the time. We continued to grow, investing in industries as varied as fabrics, oil, and gas. In 1967, Rollins, Inc., now a diversified national service company, moved into its new home on Piedmont Road in Atlanta, Georgia, where in the late 90s—with second-generation leaders Gary and Randall Rollins in leadership roles— we adopted a single focus: providing essential pest and wildlife control services and protection against termite damage, rodents, and pests.
10
From our earliest days, Rollins has been defined by an entrepreneurial spirit and a belief that great service begins with great People. We started as a multi-service provider, but our focus sharpened over time—guided by opportunity, experience, and a relentless drive to serve better. Today, we stand as one of the world’s leading dedicated pest control companies, powered by a Family of Brands, united by a shared purpose, and driven by a commitment to excellence. This evolution hasn’t meant leaving our traditions behind—it’s meant living them differently. Our growth has been fueled by a willingness to adapt, learn, and lead while staying true to the O. Wayne Rollins (center right) and John Rollins (center values that have guided left) on the trading floor of the New York Stock Exchange. us from the beginning. The company’s first day of trading was August 12, 1968. As Gary Rollins says, “At Rollins, we remain focused on moving our Company forward, adapting to changes, and executing programs for long-term benefit. We’ve never been afraid to embrace the Art of Change—a philosophy so central to who we are that we wrote an entire book about it—and it’s been a remarkable and successful journey.” And that is what Our Winning Tradition Continues is all about—honoring where we’ve been, celebrating who we are, and moving boldly into what’s next.

CHAPTER 1
OUR PEOPLE At Rollins, our strength comes from the People who choose to build their futures here. Every day, across thousands of homes and businesses, meaningful interactions unfold between Teammates and those we serve. These moments—small, human, and real—are where our Culture lives. In a world growing more disconnected, we remain an industry rooted in genuine, in-person connection. That responsibility shapes how we support our People through coaching, learning, safety, and care. What sets Rollins apart is how we grow, lead, and show up for one another, and the reason our Winning Tradition continues. 13
Our Goal: Be the Best Place to Work Our desire is simple: to be the best place to work in our industry. With more than 60 independently operated Brands across the Rollins family, we offer a wide range of opportunities for Teammates to build meaningful careers—across Brands, within Divisions, and between the Field and the Home Office. Our scale creates possibility; our Culture makes those possibilities real.
Career Development We recognize our growth potential will be paced by the growth and development of our People. We build our bench by identifying talent and accelerating development for high-potential Teammates through: • Servant Leadership • Positive Peer Culture • Professional Training • Mentoring Programs • Career Coaching • Stretch Assignments 14

“I’m in a position that, 30 years ago when I started at this company, I never thought I would achieve. But that’s one of the great things about Rollins. If you come to work every day dressed to play, and give your best, you will rise through the ranks. We have so many leaders who have.” —John F. Wilson, Executive Chairman of the Board

THE CO-LAB: A ROLLINS LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT EXPERIENCE
Launched in 2025, The Co-Lab redefines leadership development at Rollins and reflects our commitment to growing talent from within. We challenge leaders to spend time developing their Teammates—fostering environments where People feel safe to learn, stretch, and innovate. Leaders from across Brands and functions come together to share ideas, practice new skills, and strengthen the way they coach and support their Teams. The Co-Lab creates space for vulnerability, collaboration, and growth—where leaders can feel supported, empowered, and grounded in the principles of Servant Leadership. By investing in how we lead, we elevate how we serve. The way we coach, develop, and inspire our People is essential to our success—and central to our future.
16
Positive Peer Culture Where Teammates Make Each Other Better We embrace a Positive Peer Culture throughout our organization. This results in healthy competition that makes all of us better and drives continuous improvement, both individually and as a Team. We make each other better, and individual improvement is never at the expense of a peer. The best players on our Team understand they have a responsibility to make those around them better and to uplift and inspire one another. And our developing players understand they have a responsibility to seek out the knowledge of stronger players who can model the way. This supports our Culture of continuous learning, where our People are more curious and take personal responsibility to look for new ways to get better. A Positive Peer Culture also fosters trust amongst our teams.
17
“ We are laser-focused on making sure our Teammates make it home safely each day. As we like to say, your most important destination is your last stop—home.” —Pat Chrzanowski, President, Orkin USA
18
A Strong Safety Culture Safety is a fundamental part of our Culture. We are committed to creating an environment where every Teammate feels empowered to take responsibility for their own safety and the safety of their Colleagues, Customers, and Communities. This means providing the training, tools, and support needed to recognize and prevent workplace hazards and fostering a proactive approach to risk management. A key part of this Culture is encouraging open communication. We make space for Teammates to ask questions, voice concerns, and stop work if conditions are unsafe. By assessing incidents and near-misses, we continuously improve safety protocols and implement preventive measures that help manage risks and create a safer work environment. Through these efforts, we are not only protecting our People but also strengthening the values that drive our business forward.
SAFETY A COMPANY-WIDE COMMITMENT

A HELPING HAND We are a Community of Coworkers. When one member struggles, we are all inspired to help. Drawing on his personal experience of losing a home to a fire, Executive Chairman of the Board John Wilson started the Rollins Employee Relief Fund (RERF) in 2014 with seed money from our Company and the Rollins Community. A 501(c)(3) nonprofit, RERF provides emergency financial assistance to Teammates suffering financial hardship due to circumstances beyond their control. A committee of volunteer Teammates governs the application process and donations are distributed as grants. Teammates can make single, tax-deductible contributions or set up recurring donations through automatic payroll deductions.

Our Founder HONORING OUR PAST O. Wayne Rollins (1912-1991) Two decades after he and his brother, John, incorporated Rollins Broadcasting, Wayne helped engineer the company’s 1960s-era diversification. He acknowledged acquisitions as an important aspect of growth but advised doing it with purpose. “Each new addition must have unusual potential in strengthening our existing services,” he wrote. “It also must be clearly demonstrated that we, in turn, can contribute materially to the new company’s growth.” This smart-growth ethos persists today.
Second Generation Leadership PASSING OF THE MANTLE Randall Rollins (1931-2020) Randall grew up in his father, Wayne, and uncle John’s broadcast and automotive businesses. He assisted in the successful transformation of the original broadcasting company into a more diversified service and media business, earning a position on Rollins’ board of directors. In 1984, Randall was elected senior vice chairman. He utilized his father’s teachings and often quoted him: “Dad had a saying: ‘It’s like grinding corn in a grist mill. If you keep pouring it in at the top, it will come out the bottom.’” In 1991, Randall became the chairman of the board. His career at Rollins spanned more than 70 years.
26
Gary W. Rollins Executive Chairman Emeritus Gary began his Rollins career as an “Orkin Man” when he was a college student at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in the 1960s. He graduated from service work to sales and, later, branch management, and he never lost sight of the front line. Shortening the distance between technicians and the Home Office remains his priority. For years, he traveled the country on what became known as a Road Show, visiting every Orkin branch twice a year and leading open feedback sessions with frontline Teammates. “In a service business, everybody counts when it comes to the relationship we have with our Customers,” Gary commented in 2025. “When People are happy, productive, and financially taken care of, they take care of the Customer.” He’s most well-known for coining and executing The Art of Change, a growth mindset of pliability and reinvention. Gary spearheaded the Rollins Family of Brands by understanding and appreciating the power of leading brands. He previously served as director, chairman, president, CEO, and COO. His career at the company spans 60 years and counting.
27
Our Stewards MOVING TOWARD THE FUTURE Jerry E. Gahlhoff Jr. President & Chief Executive Officer Jerry’s enthusiasm for the industry became apparent at a young age, when he often tagged along to work with his father, an Orkin branch manager. For fun, he’d phone in sales numbers to the regional manager and study the captured pests living in the office terrarium. He watched his father and the Orkin Team cultivate caring relationships between each other and their Customers. He studied business and entomology at the University of Florida and earned a Master of Science in Entomology. He entered the pest control industry as the technical director of Wilson Pest Control in Winston-Salem, North Carolina—a company later acquired by Dallas-based HomeTeam—where he went on to serve as regional vice president, division vice president, and eventually president. Jerry stayed with HomeTeam after it joined Rollins in 2008 and served as HomeTeam’s president until 2016, when he was promoted to president of specialty brands and vice president of human resources at Rollins. He served as president and COO from 2020 to 2023 and was named president and CEO in 2023. His Strategic Objectives, especially People First, reflect his belief that Rollins should never focus solely on getting bigger—what matters most is becoming better first, and letting growth follow.
28
John F. Wilson Executive Chairman of the Board As a college student, John followed his father’s footsteps and worked as an Orkin technician and sales inspector and, after graduating from the University of Tennessee, he joined the company as a branch manager trainee. He became a branch manager, region manager, vice president, and finally, president of the southeast division. He earned an executive MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business and was named president of Orkin U.S. in 2009 and then vice president of Rollins in 2011. In 2017, he reorganized the company into three groups: Orkin U.S.; domestic brands; and international, wildlife, and specialty brands—a move that increased productivity and spurred unprecedented financial growth. He served as president and COO and then vice chairman until 2025, when he became executive chairman of the board. He has been instrumental in laying succession plans for leaders in order to preserve the company’s longevity and growth.

CHAPTER 2
OUR PURPOSE Many Teammates would agree: Pest control isn’t a career they ever thought they’d be in. They’re here because they accepted an opportunity and discovered a stable and resilient industry that provides essential services to protect public health. At its core, this work is about helping People safeguard their families, their homes, and their peace of mind—a purpose that doesn’t change, regardless of the state of the economy.

Customers: Our Reason Why Our Customers are the reason we exist—and the reason our work matters. Pest control often begins with a problem that feels urgent or overwhelming, and our Teams show up with expertise, empathy, and a commitment to restoring comfort and confidence. Across every Brand, we listen, act with urgency, and deliver solutions that build trust. Strong relationships grow from these moments—honest conversations, reliable service, and the reassurance Customers feel when they know they’re protected. Our Integrated Pest Management (IPM) Approach At the heart of our pest control strategy is the IPM methodology—a comprehensive approach designed to effectively manage pest populations while minimizing environmental impact. This method is guided by principles, including accurate pest identification for targeted treatments, regular monitoring, and thorough inspections. These practices enable us to assess and refine our strategies, prioritizing non-chemical solutions whenever feasible. When chemical measures are required, we apply them with precision to reduce unnecessary exposure and support safety.
38
Rollins Acceptance Company (RAC) Rollins Acceptance Company was created to help Customers address larger, more complex needs without delay. Some situations require immediate action—like major exclusions, significant damage, or extensive treatment plans—but not every Customer is prepared for an unexpected expense. RAC gives Customers flexible payment options so they can move forward with the services they need, when they need them. It removes barriers, reduces stress, and ensures their home or business gets the protection it deserves right away. For our Teammates, RAC means they can provide the right solution—not just the affordable one—because Customers have support. It also ensures that the work is completed and our Teams are compensated, creating a win–win: Customers get peace of mind, and our Teammates get to deliver the quality service Rollins is known for.

CHAPTER 5
OUR VISION FOR THE FUTURE Every company talks about People, Customers, growth, and efficiency. What makes Rollins different is the order in which we pursue them. We believe that putting People first isn’t just good leadership— it’s the foundation of everything else. When we invest in our Teammates, they deliver exceptional service. When we serve Customers with care and consistency, trust grows. And when trust grows, so does our business. Growth and operational excellence aren’t goals on their own—they are the natural outcomes of getting the first two right.
57
This vision comes to life through The Rollins Way—the shared behaviors that give heart to our mission and connect every Rollins Brand. It’s not a set of rules; it’s a way of working. We lead with Heroic Impact, work Essential Together, and show up every day to Be Remarkable. This is how we bring our mission to life in the Field, in every office, and through every interaction—turning “the best service company in the world” from a promise into a lived experience. To fulfill our mission, we focus on four Strategic Objectives: People First, Customer Loyalty, Growth Mindset, and Operational Efficiency. These pillars guide how we lead, serve, and grow—shaping the way we support our Teammates, deliver for our Customers, and strengthen our operations every day. Many companies share these same four objectives but, at Rollins, it’s the order that defines our difference. By putting People First, everything else—loyalty, growth, and efficiency—naturally follows.
ROLLINS STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES
58
People First INVESTING IN OUR PEOPLE FUELS EVERYTHING ELSE We serve with a higher purpose, and we move forward with kindness. To outsiders, pest control is simple. But everything—our entire multi-billion dollar company—rests upon human interaction. We do what’s right for our Teammates and Customers, no matter what it takes. We act with integrity and treat each other with respect. It’s simple: When organizations focus on serving Teammates and Customers, results follow. We make each other better, and never at the expense of a peer. Our strategic objectives are about visualizing the future. They’re our guide to growing with purpose—a roadmap for being better before bigger.
WORDS MATTER WE HUMANIZE CUSTOMER AND
TEAMMATE EXPERIENCES BY BEING INTENTIONAL WITH WORD CHOICE
Employee = TEAMMATE Stops = CUSTOMERS Jobs = SERVICES
59
Customer Loyalty EARNING TRUST CREATES LASTING RELATIONSHIPS Every Customer interaction is an opportunity to build trust and strengthen a relationship. Strong relationships drive loyalty and expand our Customer base: Happy, loyal Customers add more services and share their experiences with friends and neighbors—and our business grows.
“The relationship with the Customer is paramount. The bugs are just part of it.” —Gary W. Rollins, Executive Chairman Emeritus

Growth Mindset WHAT GOT US HERE WON’T GET US THERE We create environments where Teammates at all levels feel safe and inspired to learn from their successes and their failures. Embodying a growth mindset is believing in the potential for improvement in every aspect of our work. It’s embracing challenges and never stopping at the status quo. It’s an eagerness to learn, innovate, and evolve and an understanding that solutions may not be what you expect. The “way we’ve always done it” is not a reason to perpetuate a process. We question everything. We learn from others. We check and adapt. We’re prepared to occasionally fail, and we learn from those failures.
Operational Efficiency EVERYTHING CAN BE IMPROVED We exhibit adaptability and a willingness to embrace change. We adopt technology that increases back-office efficiency and improves the experiences of our Customers and Teammates. We eliminate monotonous work that is a not a good use of our Teammate’s time, energy, and skills. We move forward by acknowledging that every aspect of our operations can be optimized. We constantly look for ways to make things better: our processes, our services, ourselves. We courageously accept challenges and lean into opportunities to challenge the status quo.

Each brand in our family has its own history and Culture. The Rollins Way isn’t an OR, it’s an AND. Strengthening and enhancing what makes each brand unique while uniting us in something deeper, a shared way of being. The Rollins Way is the spirit of how we all show up for each other, our customers and our communities. It’s how we build trust, share our vision, and encourage each other to work together, be heroic in our roles, and show up remarkably for our customers and for each other.
IT’S HOW WE KEEP GETTING BETTER
BEFORE WE GET
BIGGER 63
Heroic Impact Every day at Rollins, you have the chance to be a Hero—to your Customers, to your Teammates, and to yourself. Heroic Impact starts with believing in yourself, feeling empowered to go the extra mile, and choosing to do it. We don’t just do our jobs—we show up with courage, purpose, and grit. We protect others, put their needs ahead of our own, and act with bravery in tough situations to bring peace of mind to those we serve. At Rollins, we do whatever it takes to get the job done, not for recognition, but because it’s who we are. It’s our commitment to care, to serve, and to do what’s right—every call, every visit, every day. 64
Essential Together Our strength grows out of our unity, our partnerships, and our Teammates. We don’t go it alone—our strength is in each other. There’s a double meaning here: our teamwork is essential to our success, and the services we provide are essential to the health, safety, and peace of mind of those we serve. At Rollins, we put others first, rely on one another, and move forward as one—because you can’t be your best self by yourself. Every branch, every team, and every Brand contributes to the strength of our company as a whole. When we live and work Essential Together, we become something greater than the sum of our parts—an organization defined by trust, partnership, and a shared commitment to making life better for the people who count on us every day.

Be Remarkable It has little to nothing to do with pest control—it’s about everything else. At Rollins, we aim for excellence, creativity, and growth in everything we do. To be remarkable is to be extraordinary, surprising, and outstanding—not like everyone else. It’s about going above and beyond, paying attention to the details, and showing up in a way that reflects your personality and pride. Remarkable moments are the ones people remember—the ones that make a Customer think of you first when a need arises. Being remarkable isn’t about being flashy; it’s about consistently choosing to do things in a way that makes a lasting difference. It’s the small touches, the personal connections, and the quiet commitments to quality that set us apart. That’s what Be Remarkable truly means.

EPILOGUE
Our Winning Tradition Continues When I look back across my 30-plus years with our company, I’m very proud of how far we have come. We’ve evolved from a family-run business with essentially one brand to a global leader with multiple well-known brands serving millions of Customers. Our growth has been remarkable, but our outlook has remained the same: Our team is most important. We provide pest-free environments for our Customers at home and at their business. But any company can do that. Our Teammates and the relationships they create with their Customers through a commitment to doing what’s right is what sets us apart. Our story has always been one of service. We have always evolved by doing what’s best for our Teammates and Customers.
