Friendly reminder: please use the blue highlighter to check every item inside the bag. This is essential to confirm the order is complete before it leaves the restaurant.
Create a great guest experience: smile, make eye contact, and confidently make menu suggestions. Always ask about allergies or dietary restrictions, and explain our Loyalty Program. When appropriate, feel free to offer a complimentary sake shot at the beginning of the meal (to encourage future drink orders).
Phone service: always stay alert and answer with a friendly tone: “Thank you for calling Bondi Sushi [Store]. This is [Name]. How can I help you?” Assist guests with their inquiries and create a welcoming atmosphere that shows we’re happy to help. And be sure to check that your phone is NOT on “Do Not Disturb” (DND)!
Key reminders: always ask permission before clearing plates; use Resy to its full potential for reservations and guest management; present the menu professionally; always use a tray when serving to maintain cleanliness and efficiency.
