LOS DOCUMENTOS QUE NECESITAS PARA CASARTE EN MÉXICO SON:

Un formulario de solicitud completo obtenido en México en la Oficina de Registro. Esto incluye una declaración sobre si la pareja mantendrá bienes y activos separados o si tienen propiedad conjunta. Esta declaración puede no ser válida para propósitos futuros, según la legislación de su país de origen.

Pasaporte válido y formulario migratorio obtenido en el aeropuerto/ tarjeta de residencia para probar el estado legal en México.

Copia certificada de su Certificado de Nacimiento, traducido oficialmente al español y con el sello de Apostilla (ver Servicios Consulares/Legalizaciones).

La legalización adicional por parte de la Embajada de México en su país de origen puede ser opcional.

Si alguna de las partes se ha casado antes, deben presentar una copia certificada del decreto de divorcio, o una copia certificada de un Certificado de Defunción traducido y legalizado como se describe anteriormente.

Un certificado médico emitido por un organismo oficial que acredite el tipo de sangre de los contrayentes y que no tienen enfermedades crónicas o sin tratamiento viable, así como enfermedades contagiosas. Como la vigencia de este documento es de 15 días, deberá ser emitido en esos días previos a la boda.

Dos testigos legalmente calificados (mayores de 18 años), que deben estar presentes en la ceremonia.

Pago de la tasa establecida por la Oficina del Registro Civil.

NEED TO GET MARRIED IN MEXICO ARE:

A completed application form obtained in Mexico at the Registry Office. This includes a statement as to whether the couple will maintain separate property and assets or have joint property. This statement may not be valid for future purposes, under the legislation of your country of origin.

Valid passport and Migratory Form obtained at the airport/ Residence Card to prove legal status in Mexico.

Certified copy of their Birth Certificate, officially translated into Spanish and carrying the Apostille stamp (see Consular Services/ Legalizations). Further legalization by the Mexican Embassy in your country of origin may be optional.

If either party has been married before, they must present either a certified copy of the Divorce Decree, or certified copy of a Death Certificate duly translated and legalized as described above.
