As winter settles in at Dry Creek Ranch, the days are quieter and shared spaces take on an even greater role in bringing neighbors together. This winter also marks an important milestone: the Dry Creek Ranch Clubhouse has now been open for six months. In that time, it has quickly become a central part of daily life that supports wellness, events, and acts as a warm, welcoming place to gather throughout the colder months. In this edition of the newsletter, you’ll find updates on the evolving Wellness Program, Clubhouse operations, upcoming community events, and seasonal reminders, along with farm improvements and program details.

PROGRAM ENHANCEMENTS Winter updates to the Wellness Program include: Reduced pricing. Expanded class offerings designed to support a wider range of abilities. New fitness equipment added to select classes, including Heroboards—Pilates reformers that support strength, balance, and low-impact training. Additional instructors with varied specialties. These enhancements are intended to create a more inclusive and flexible wellness experience for all fitness levels. CLASS SCHEDULES & BOOKING Class schedules are posted inside the Dry Creek Ranch Clubhouse and shared regularly in the official Dry Creek Ranch Facebook group. You can book classes through the Momence app, which provides the most up-to-date schedule and availability. To help classes run smoothly and ensure shared access to the space: Please vacate the central open floor area of the gym 15 minutes prior to scheduled classes. Fitness machines along the perimeter of the gym remain available for use during classes. The Kids’ Room inside the recreational facility remains open at all times and operates on a donation-based, self-service model. Reminder, children in the Kid’s Room still need supervision either inside the room or while parents workout. Updated gym policies are posted throughout the facility for reference.
CLUBHOUSE AMENITY RESERVATIONS
ONE UNIFIED PLATFORM THROUGH MOMENCE To simplify scheduling and improve ease of use, Dry Creek Ranch has transitioned amenity reservations into a single platform. You can now use the Momence app to: • Book wellness classes. • Reserve pickleball courts. • Schedule use of the Conference Room. AT THE CLUBHOUSE Caffeina is offering seasonal food and drink options to keep you warm during the holiday season. Check out the latest specials inside the Clubhouse and take advantage of the new online ordering system, just scan the QR code below to get started! AS A PERK, CAFFEINA IS NOW OFFERING PEOPLE WHO PARTICIPATE IN A WELLNESS CLASS 10% OFF THEIR ORDER!
COMMUNITY EVENTS AT CAFFEINA In addition to daily service, Caffeina is hosting weekly evening engagement events, with rotating offerings such as book and wine clubs, kids art classes, and other social gatherings. Event details are shared through in-Clubhouse signage and the official Dry Creek Ranch Facebook Group.
CLUBHOUSE SPOTLIGHT WINTER HOURS
The Clubhouse is open daily from 5:00am to 10:00pm and offers access to: • Open lounge areas • Wellness and fitness facilities (including the kids room) • Conference room • Caffeina Coffee Shop (Winter Hours: 8am - 3pm Daily)
HOA REMINDER As winter conditions kick off, a quick reminder to help keep our neighborhood tidy and safe. Please shovel snow from your sidewalks and driveways. Additionally, keep an eye out for semi-annual HOA dues this January.
FROM THE FARM While the farm may shut down during the winter season, we’ve made several improvements to enhance the grounds for next season. Recent improvements include:
