Boca Raton city officials gathered Tuesday for an organizational meeting, where outgoing council members gave remarks and the new mayor and council members took the oath of office. The meeting included the selection of a new deputy mayor, the City Redevelopment Agency (CRA) chair and vice chair, and the city’s representative to the Affordable Housing Advisory Committee. Additional appointments included representatives and alternates for the Interlocal Plan Amendment Review Committee (IPRAC), a voting delegate and alternate for the Palm Beach County League of Cities, and representatives and alternates for the Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO).
