Third “One Boca” Open House Set for October 22 Amid Strong Community Interest Following strong community turnout at its first two workshops, the One Boca planning team has announced a third open house to gather additional public feedback on the proposed downtown government and Brightline campus redevelopment plan. The next workshop will take place Wednesday, October 22, from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Spanish River Library, offering residents another opportunity to meet with the project team, review design concepts, and share input on the future of the 30-acre cityowned site. In late September and early October, the One Boca team hosted two well-attended community sessions, drawing more than 200 residents who engaged in discussions about land use, public spaces, and the balance between civic development and recreation amenities.
