Building Top-Off Means More Special Needs Space By Marci Shatzman

Board members, staff and guests gathered to put a tree and American and Israel flags on top of JARC’s new Caryn J. Clayman Life Skills Center to mark a work in progress. JARC Florida provides group homes, apartments and vocational training for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The new building sits between the existing classroom and program building and apartments for 32 clients. The center, being built by Bliss Construction, is expected to open on the Jewish Federation of South Palm Beach County campus in west Boca in December. See on Page 10
