Building Top-Off Means More Special Needs Space By Marci Shatzman
Board members, staff and guests gathered to put a tree and American and Israel flags on top of JARC’s new Caryn J. Clayman Life Skills Center to mark a work in progress. JARC Florida provides group homes, apartments and vocational training for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
