BVM is connected with evangelist and church planter Bishop Safdar Marqus and his wife Evangelist Ambreen Safdar. Holding a Youth Conference held for young girls and boys in a Christian village, many who gave their lives to the Lord! They have been invited back and BVM will be there to support them.

Dr. Bob is raising $1,000 for a generator. The constant long blackouts cause refrigeration to fail and scarce food to spoil. $100 has been raised so far.

WHAT’S UP WITH THE VINEYARDS

Welcome to our “It’s Personal” page. For so long we’v haring our highs and lows, praises and prayer requests with you, our dear friends and family. We wanted to stay connected with you because with God, it’s always personal. We hope you enjoy a little of our family connections.

How is it that August is here and it feels like the end of summer? Oh, I know. I start my new job teaching kindergarten at Ashby Lee Elementary School in Quicksburg! These are exciting times and we give God all of the glory. Work has already started. Keep me in your prayers.

But we have had some difficult times since the last newsletter. My mom went on to be with Jesus. And although we are so hopeful to see her again, it wasn’t without pain that we said goodbye for now. The picture at the bottom right is the last photo taken of her the day she had a stroke. She was joking and having wonderful fun conversations with my sister ten minutes before life forever changed in that moment. The Lord is so faithful to not let her linger but to take her on home, which is what she had prayed for. Not because she had health issues or was miserable, but because she earnestly wanted to see Jesus. What a testimony. Lord, You are faithful!!

Please keep Bob in your prayers as we are thinking about moving closer to Harrisonburg for his ministy work and my job. We are waiting and praying for God’s direction.
