We hope you all enjoy a great days’s racing for our Berm Buster meet.
The Taupo BMX Club Club members have been working very hard over the past few months fundraising and working towards getting the berms sealed so that you can enjoy riding our track even more than you did before! A huge thanks goes to Toby and his team from TR Construction for their awesome work that they have done to the berms. If your track is thinking of sealing, give them a call!
At the shop today will be a selection of food from the BBQ, toasties, sweets and drinks. For the coffee lovers, the Cindy from Tarmac Cafe and her coffee machine will be cranking the cappa’s out with freshly roasted Volcanic Coffee beans! EFTPOS is available in the shop..

Because Taupo BMX Club is a fenced and gated facility, we are always being asked about track access outside of normal Club nights. If you are wanting access to our track, then all you need to do is fill out the bottom of this page and pay a $20.00 fee and we will email and text you the gate code when they change. That way, you can come and go as you please!
TAUPO BMX TRACK, CROWN PARK – GATE ENTRY RULES
By signing the footer of these Taupo BMX Club Inc (Taupo BMX) Gate Entry Rules is an acknowledgement by you and your family that you are prepared to abide by the following rules that permits entry into the Taupo BMX race track facility. Rules:
1. The fee for the Gate codes covers the calendar year being 1 Jan to 31 Dec. The fee is paid per family, not individual.
2. Under NO circumstances are you permitted to give out the gate code to any other person, whether they are a Taupo BMX Club member or not.
3. On entering the facility please lock the gate behind you.
4. When you are present at the track non-members may enter the facility as your guest on an infrequent basis. However it is your responsibility to make sure their actions do not damage club property. They are to leave the facility when you leave. If you are found to be taking the same non-member on a regular basis, they will be required to pay and obtain their own gate code. If the non member declines this invitation but continues to come along with you, you risk losing your entitlement to receive gate access codes in the future. (This will be a Taupo BMX Club Committee decision.)
5. If you find club property damaged, please report this to a committee member as soon as possible.
6. Within the confines of the BMX track club site (i.e. the perimeter security fence), there is to be NO taking of drugs, or smoking. Language and behaviour is to be appropriate for a family based activity and facility is expected at all times.
6. The gate & toilet padlock code will be changed monthly and you will be emailed and/or texted the new code for the start of the following month. If there is a need to change the code before the start of the month (for security reasons) you will be notified by email.
7. There is to be NO digging or modification of track design or jumps.
8. Please take your rubbish with you when leaving the track.
9. In the interests of your own safety please wear a helmet and suitable protective wear com mensurate for your riding ability.
10. Please ride the track in the direction of start to finish. For the safety of others using the facility, do not ride the track in the wrong direction.
11. Riders must not use abusive or offensive language, act in an un-sporting manner, be disrespectful to other club members or ignore club rules.

Declaration: I have read and accept the above Taupo BMX Club Gate Entry Rules. If I break these rules I accept that I will lose the right to receive codes in the future, and forfeit any moneys paid. Family
