Dogs Day Out By Chris Valli
Swimming can be great exercise – it’s even better when Marlborough’s dogs and friends get to indulge at the local pool. The benefits of dogs swimming can include strengthening the heart and lungs and increasing metabolism – it’s also a heap of fun – and one has to say, damn cute.
Stadium 2000 held their inaugural ‘Dog Day Out’ in glorious autumnal conditions on Sunday afternoon for two hours with approximately 30 dogs licking their chops at the chance to socialise with like-minded fur friends in the outside pool. The successful event was a fundraiser for Marlborough Four Paws.
