HOT HONEY CHICKEN FILLET ROLL
A classic deli favourite with a swicy twist. Crispy chicken, fresh salad and Blenders Light Mayonnaise finished with a drizzle of hot honey for sweet heat your customers will come back for.
Ingredients
1 demi baguette
1 breaded chicken fillet
30g tomato, sliced
10g iceberg lettuce, shredded
10g red onion, sliced
15g hot honey
15g Blenders Light Mayonnaise

Method

1.Place the breaded chicken fillet on a tray and cook in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes until hot and crispy.
2.Slice the baguette lengthways and spread Blenders Light Mayonnaise evenly on both sides.
3.Layer the lettuce, sliced chicken fillet, tomato and red onion.
4.Drizzle with hot honey, close the roll and serve immediately.

HOT HONEY PORK BELLY BITES
Crispy pork belly bites coated with Blenders American Mustard and finished with a generous glaze of Blenders Hot Honey. The rich pork and sweet heat create a bold flavour combination that works perfectly for sharing plates, pub menus or modern casual dining.
Ingredients
One 2kg Pork Belly, rib removed
20g Pork Dry Rub Mix
60ml Blenders American Mustard
100ml Blenders Hot Honey

Method

1.Cut the pork belly into bite sized pieces.
2.Place the pork belly cubes in a bowl, rub the Pork Dry Rub Mix then brush the Blenders American Mustard all over.
3.Place in an ovenproof dish, cover with tin foil and cook in a preheated oven at 140 C for 2-2.5 hours.
4.Remove from the oven, and allow to cool.
5.Place the cubes in a bowl and toss in Blenders Hot honey.

4 breaded chicken fillets
4 brioche buns
40g shredded iceberg lettuce
120g sliced beef tomatoes
1 red onion, thinly sliced
50g hot honey
50g Blenders Light Mayonnaise

Method

1.Place the breaded chicken fillets on a tray and cook in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes until hot and crispy.
2.Lightly toast the brioche buns until warm and golden.
3.Spread Blenders Light Mayonnaise on the base of each bun.
4.Layer the lettuce, tomato, cooked chicken fillet and red onion.
5.Drizzle hot honey over the chicken and toppings.
6.Place the top of the bun on and serve immediately.

Crispy seasoned chicken wings tossed in a buttery hot honey sauce made with Blenders Hot Sauce and Blenders Hot Honey. Sweet, spicy and packed with flavour, they’re perfect for bar snacks, sharing platters and casual dining menus.
Ingredients
2 kg Chicken wings
1 tbsp Baking powder
2 tbsp Potato Starch (sub corn starch)
4 tsp Garlic Salt
4 tsp Seasoned salt
4 tsp Black pepper
4 tsp Onion Powder
2 tsp Smoked Paprika
For the Hot Honey sauce
60g butter
60g Blenders hot sauce
60g Blenders hot honey

Method

1.Dry the wings very well with a paper towel, this will ensure a crispy wing.
2.Combine the dry ingredients with the wings. Preheat your oven to 200C.
3.Place your wings onto a baking rack for best results. Bake at 200C for 45 minutes to 1 hour depending on your wing size. Flip at the 25–30-minute mark once it has browned.
4.Heat a pan to medium low and add butter. Once the butter has melted, add in your hot sauce and hot honey drizzle. Season with salt if needed. Simmer 2 minutes until thickened. Toss the chicken and hot honey butter sauce in a bowl.
5.Serve immediately while hot.
