SUMMER 2021
Welcome
What a year it’s been! In our over 30 years of business, I can’t say we have ever experienced anything like what 2020 brought us. We have all had to adjust to this new normal and I’m proud to say that while it was difficult at first, we as a company pulled together and powered through to design and develop more products for our fans to love. Now more than ever, helping make mealtime easier and more fun for caregivers and babies alike is our goal. While we stayed socially distant, we worked on bringing you some new prints and products. Flip through to see a variety of new prints available in bibs and bags. We also rolled out some fruity new colors — Pineapple and Tangerine —in our lineup of silicone products. Perhaps most exciting are the two new products we’re rolling out. With the goal of helping little ones transition to grownup tableware, we bring you the Silicone Grip Plate and Silicone Grip Tray. Sharing the size and shape of the three- and fivesection Silicone Grip Dishes respectively, these new additions still have the strong suction base that parents love but we’ve removed the section dividers so they are more like a standard plate. Growing up is hard, but we’re here to help make some parts a bit easier. We are excited for you to see what we’ve worked so hard to create. We hope you, your families, and your teams have been well. We look forward to the day when trade shows and travel are back in the mix and we can meet up in person!
Jakki Liberman President, Bumkins

O UR SI G N ATUR E FAB R I C Bumkins signature waterproof fabric is both soft and strong. Tough enough for daily use and easy to wash, it stands up to messes big and small. Unlike other fabrics, our fabric doesn't have a stiff layer of plastic backing. As the original waterproof bib fabric, our fabric is perfect for keeping baby clean and dry. During production, our fabric is treated with our own proprietary liquid coating to ensure your bib will withstand all messes, no matter how big.
M AC H I N E WASH AB L E At Bumkins, we're all parents. We know there's no end to the laundry, so we've made it even easier for parents and caregivers. How does one clean Bumkins bibs? Easy. Flip the pocket inside-out if possible*, fasten the aplix closure, and toss it into the washing machine. *Only Starter Bib and SuperBib® pockets can be flipped inside-out.
C ATC H -AL L PO C K ET
Our waterproof bibs feature a handy catch-all pocket so less time is spent digging crumbs out of a highchair. Instead, little ones work on those fine motor skills by digging into the crumb-catching pocket!

C O L O R S TH AT WO N ' T FAD E Unlike other bibs, our colorful designs won't wash away or flake off. Our signature waterproof layer is embedded into the fabric, protecting those colorful designs. This means that your colors will stay as good as new. Our in-house designers create playful prints that both kids and adults love! From our ageless reusable bags to baby's first bib, we have a design for everyone, no matter your style.

O UR PL ATI N UM SI L I C O N E Before being molded into our products, silicone starts out as a soft gel or liquid material. Once formed into a shape, the silicone must be cured, or hardened, to remain solid. Bumkins uses the highest quality curing process—platinum curing. The platinum curing process does not result in the creation of any by-products, ensuring you get the purest silicone. Benefits of Platinum Curing Agents vs Peroxide Agents: •
Increased durability
•
Better resistance to staining, odors, and bacteria
•
More stick resistance, so foods wash off easily
•
Less likely for dust and dirt to stick
•
Considered cleaner and purer than peroxide; primarily used in silicone medical devices
APPL I AN C E SAFE Our dishware and utensils are dishwasher safe, heat safe up to 400°F/204°C, and with silicone's durable nature, can go straight from microwave to freezer for a quick cool down.
STR O N G SUC TI O N B ASE We know a lot of food hits the floor during mealtime. Thanks to our strong suction bases, we're helping to stop those dishes from joining them! Plus, our strong suction bases are great for baby-led weaning and self-feeding, keeping the dish from scooting or sliding.

L AB -TESTE D , FO O D SAFE + SAFETY FI R ST! We use third-party labs to test all of our silicone products, including their colorings, to ensure that they meet all safety standards set forth by the CPSIA. Unlike plastic, silicone does not contain any petroleum-based plastics or toxic chemicals like BPA, BPS, lead, or phthalates. It is also nontoxic to animals and marine life.
FO R EVERY STAG E O F FEED I N G Here at Bumkins we have designed dishware and utensils for every stage of feeding. From purees, to baby-led weaning, to self-feeding and experienced eaters, we've got just the thing! Our dishware is perfect for meal prepping and storing left overs, making each step of feeding a breeze for parents as well.
DUR AB I L I TY G UAR AN TEED Silicone is extremely durable, easy to care for and safe to use. During creation, silicone can be "cured" with two types of curing agents. We use the best one—platinum. When cured with platinum, there are no by-products created, and the silicone's already fabulous qualities are amplified. Our dishes colors stay bright, while also being naturally bacteria, mold, and fungus resistant. Our dishes also feature a smooth finish, so there's nowhere for food to even get trapped!

FI R ST FEEDI N G SET A must-have when the time comes to introduce solid foods and transition babies into self-feeding. The suction base keeps the bowl from sliding or flipping over. The easy to grip double-end Dipping Spoon grows with baby — one end is for dipping into purees and the other for scooping solid foods. The bowl is designed with a curved handle so adults can hold and help with feeding. The set also includes a clear silicone lid with a secure fit.
G R I P DI SH Our Silicone Grip Dish is perfect for little ones learning to self-feed. The divided plate is sized just for toddler portions. A strong suction base ensures it stays put — even with the most aggressive toddler! Sticks to most highchair trays or tables. A straight side allows kids to belly up to the plate, allowing less of a mess.
SI L I C O N E STR ETC H L I D Our Silicone Stretch Lid is designed to snuggly wrap around your Grip Dish, keeping food fresh inside. While not completely water-tight, our lid is tried and true to withstand most spills. Our Grip Dish and Stretch Lid are also available in a set.

G R I P PL ATE / G R I P TR AY The latest additions to the silicone family, the Grip Plate and Grip Tray are intended to help little ones take the next steps to using grown-up plates. We’ve removed the food-separating sections while keeping the deep walls and suction base that help while learning to use utensils.
SI L I C O N E D I PPI N G SPO O N S The ideal size for baby to begin the motions of self-feeding while under the supervision of an adult. With three spoons in a set, there are enough for both parent and baby to have a spoon in hand, avoiding any power struggles with independent eaters. Spoons can be used with the Bumkins Silicone First Feeding Set or separately.
SI L I C O N E C H EWTEN SI L S ® We designed Chewtensils for Stage 1 of baby-led weaning — introducing babies to the concept of holding a utensil and feeding themselves. Both the spoon and fork are made from soft, textured, 100% food-safe platinum silicone that’s easy to grip and gentle on tender gums, with bendable heads for safety. The back of the spoon head has sensory bumps to stimulate gums. They’re perfect for dipping into puréed foods at the early part of baby-led weaning. Chewtensils are safe and can even be chewed on by younger babies before they’re ready to transition to silverware.
SPO O N + FO R K SET Little ones will love digging into mealtime with these pint-sized utensils. Stainless steel fork and spoon heads are designed for toddlers. The concave heads help keep food on the fork or spoon, promoting selffeeding with solid foods. The outer fork tines are curved to spear foods and keep food on the fork. Handles are textured 100% food-safe platinum silicone, so they’re easy-to-grip.

REUSABLE BAGS
product features A B AG FO R EVERY N EED Here at Bumkins, we're a fan of reusability and organization. Designed with everybody in mind, we have a reusable bag for everything. These bags make excellent organizers for storage and travel. They can be stashed inside purses, diaper bags, or travel bags and are great for holding pacifiers, cosmetics, cash, electronics, and more.
LARGE SNACK BAG The better alternative to single-use plastic bags, our reusable large snack bags/sandwich bags are made from the same waterproof fabric as Bumkins award-winning SuperBib®. A smooth zipper closure doesn't hold crumbs and single-ply construction means no worrying about icky stuff growing between layers of fabric. SILICONE TEETHERS
product features
SOFT + TEXTURED TO SOOTHE All of our teething toys feature textured sensory bumps to soothe those swollen, achey gums. In addition, our teethers are made of soft, flexible silicone. They are the ideal texture to gently soothe baby's sore gums. They can even be chilled in the refrigerated or freezer for added relief. Cool temperatures help reduce inflammation and soothe swollen gums.
EASY TO HOLD + CLEAN Most of our silicone teethers feature a large inner handle, allowing baby to easily grasp and hold on. Other teethers, such as our Silicone Teething Rings, fit perfectly around your wrist, allowing you to keep teethers nearby while on-the-go. Our teethers are dishwasher safe. For additional cleaning, you can also boil them for in-depth sanitizing. Unlike plastic, there are no worries about any harmful chemicals leaching out during the boiling process.
LAB-TESTED, FOOD-SAFE Safe options include food-grade silicone, 100% natural rubber or hardwood. We use platinum silicone for its pliability, durability, and safety — It’s bacteria-resistant, gentle for baby and strong enough to provide the pressure needed to relieve gum pain.

SILICONE TEETHERS
comparisons
CHARACTER TEETHERS Made from silicone that’s flexible and gentle enough when your baby wants soft pressure on their gums. Texture massages and provides relief to gums while allowing your baby to explore shapes. Chill for added relief. Silicone has a natural resistance to bacteria. It can be safely boiled to sterilize. Made from 100% food-safe silicone and does not contain any petroleum-based plastics or toxic chemicals.
TEETHING CHARMS Get a grip on teething with these Silicone Teething Charms. Made from 100% food-safe silicone, our teething charms consist of one large, textured ring with three smaller textured charms. The ring and charms are easy for little hands to grip, allowing babies to hold on tight as they gnaw away aches from emerging teeth, while also developing motor skills. The main ring measures approximately 3” in diameter and the charms measure approximately 2” across.
TEETHING RINGS Made from 100% food-safe silicone, each of the rings features a variety of textures that babies can explore as they soothe sore gums. The rings are easy for babies to grasp as they develop more coordination and can be worn as a bracelet by caregivers so they are always on hand. Set includes four rings in different colors, each measuring approximately 3” in diameter.
