Before submitting a purchase offer, bring in a professional home inspector to evaluate and inspect the house. You may also need a surveyor to draw up a surveyor’s location certificate.

A visit is worth a thousand words The ups and downs of the real estate market over the last half dozen years have led to some game-changing innovations in that sector. While such a possibility deserves a bit of investigation, it could also indicate that the seller is in a position to make significant concessions in their asking price.
