The Richmond Olympic Oval is pleased to announce the launch of Tactical Training intended for Police, Fire Services, Military, Canadian Border Services (CBSA), Sheriffs, Corrections, and Emergency Health Services (EHS).

Strong, Fit & Feminine is a women’s strength training program intended for active women who aspire to be stronger. Delivered in a small group format, SFF provides the opportunity to progress at your own pace while enjoying the comradery of a group setting. Non-Member: $315 Instructor:Rose
