Dog nabbed in Cranbrook; Police seek dognapper ARNE PETRYSHEN
The owner of a Golden Retriever recently dog-napped is hoping that whoever took her will return her. On Friday Jan. 23, the owner contacted Cranbrook RCMP about the stolen dog, whose name is Roxy. Cst. Katie Forgeron, from the local RCMP detachment, said the owner told police that two unknown females showed up at her residence in the 1900 Block of Kelowna Crescent in a light blue/green newer compact car. “The females opened the car door and the eight-yearold dog jumped in,” Forgeron said in a release. “The vehicle then drove away. The owner’s friend attempted to stop the vehicle but was unable to do so.” The owner has had Roxy since the dog was a puppy and would like her returned. Cranbrook RCMP is asking anyone with any information about this dog theft to call the Cranbrook RCMP Detachment at 250-489-3471 or Crimestoppers at 1-800-222TIPS(8477).

The show was judged 30 per cent by challenge scores, 30 per cent by online votes and 40 per cent by field judges. The show was filmed last summer at the 777 Ranch in Hondo, TX,
