DECEMBER 6 OAK BAY VILLAGE WELCOMES THE IEOA TRUCK LIGHT CONVOY! ❚ Music, treats, food donation collection from 5 pm in front of the Oak Bay Municipal Hall. Volunteers collect food donations for the Mustard Seed from Foul Bay Road to Monterey Avenue. ❚ Trucks arrive at approximately 6:30 pm.
