This team has been building new and re-engaging old contacts and building stronger relationships with other care providers as well as police, probation and mental health workers, inviting them to be part of the team and as a result, part of the efforts for success with Warmlandhouse. Helping people with clothes, food, medical supplies, as well as offering support for the clients’ need has opened up the the shelter and outreach team to the hardest to house clients that do not often use the shelter cmha.bc.ca
