It’s hard saying no to a begging puppy, staring into your eyes. And it’s equally difficult saying no to the smell of fresh cupcakes, with tasty icing on top and melt-in-your mouth goodness. Knowing the weakness of us humans, the Victoria SPCA is happy to exploit it by hosting its first National Cupcake Day, a fundraiser benefitting animals, on Feb. 24.
