COWICHAN LAKE RECREATION New Year’s Yoga 10 or 20 Day Challenge

Ages 16+ An amazing healing yoga class that is accessible for everyone. This is an active flow class using the Ashtanga yoga primary series as a blueprint. You will flow from posture to posture throughout this fun class getting a great full body stretch and strength workout. You will start the class with heat building vinyasas and sun salutations, moving to standing and balancing poses, then to the floor to deeply release connective tissue and a few gentle back bends. We will finish up with calming restorative poses to balance the body and mind. You will leave feeling refreshed, renewed and amazed. Regrettably, if a minimum number of registrants are not met, we may have to cancel or combine classes due to insufficient registration. These decisions are made prior to the course start date. Please register early to avoid disappointment. A 100% refund is granted when we cancel a program. When a class has been cancelled due to instructor illness or weather conditions, a class will be added on at the end of the session. If this is not possible, a credit will be placed on your account in the amount of the class missed.
