SERVING MISSION SINCE 1908
One more lifeline for humane society Carol Aun MISSION RECORD
Celia Durst let out a sigh of relief Monday night as council approved a one-time $8,200 grant to help the Fraser Valley Humane Society (FVHS) keep its doors open for at least another month. Durst, FVHS executive director, appealed to council for emergency financial assistance last week, noting staff would be laid off and the society would have to close its doors if help didn’t come through. Operating costs averaged $8,287 in 2013. Presently, there is more than $5,200 in outstanding bills, and only $4,785 in the bank. “It’s a critical situation now,” said Coun. Jenny Stevens, who proposed the grant from the council contingency fund. The humane society fundraises all year and this will give them a chance to build up donations to get them through to the end of the year, she added. While council unanimously supported the grant, many were concerned about the way the FVHS is operating and recommended district staff meet with the society to see if they can help and report back to council on the long-term viability of the organization. “I know we’re in an emergency situation, but I’m having difficulty wrapping my head around
the cost for cats,” said Coun. Dave Hensman, who calculated with only 32 cats currently at the shelter, it’s costing more DURST than $250 a month per cat. Coun. Tony Luck also pointed out the executive director’s salary is 40 per cent of the FVHS budget. The average administrative cost for non-profit organizations is usually 15 to 20 per cent of the budget, said Luck, who suggested looking at other agencies to handle animal control in Mission. “I think the spending is out of control. It’s almost irresponsible.” “If a group can’t meet budget, we can’t keep bailing them out,” said Coun. Jeff Jewell. “We have budgetary responsibilities. I will support this because I love cats and dogs, but this isn’t the way to run an organization.” In addition to running Mission’s only cat shelter, Stevens explained the FVHS supports a fostering program and assists people in keeping their pets. Earlier in the evening, The Council Animal Advocacy founder George Evens addressed council as a delegation about the

Mission Strong draws 80 kids Stories by Carol Aun MISSION RECORD
More than 80 youth ran through an obstacle course at Centennial Park Oct. 19 to celebrate the end of the four-week Mission Strong program. Beginning Sept. 23, participants worked out at the Leisure Centre three times a week either in the weight room, pool or gym. They were able to see what the Leisure Centre has to offer, learned how to use equipment and not be intimidated, explained Stephanie Key, deputy director of Mission’s Parks, Recreation and Culture department. Some of
the activities offered included battle rope and slam balls. Youth of all physical abilities signed up for the challenge, which Key notes was not a race, although some ran through the “tough mudder-style” course as fast as they could. “Hopefully they had some fun and realized being active is not just all stress and hard work,” said Key. This is the second year the Leisure Centre has offered the program for youth. “We always did a fitness challenge in the spring called Spring Into Motion that had an
adult focus,” explained Key. “We wanted to do something for youth to keep them active.” It proved difficult to incorporate a youth component in Spring Into Motion due to weight room age restrictions. Mission Strong is a supervised program. An autumn event was chosen to coincide with the start of school when children usually fall back into a routine. The event symbolizes strong minds and strong bodies, Key added. Kids can make new friends at classes and motivate each other to keep attending.

Voluntary water meter program on hold Mission council is reconsidering a voluntary water metering program which was approved in August. The decision was to be ratified Monday night at the last council meeting, but instead, local politicians voted unanimously to rescind the earlier decision after former councillor John Pearson raised questions about whether current metered rates are correct. “The [voluntary water metering program] is not viable … and it was pretty obvious it would doom the program to failure,” explained Coun.
Jeff Jewell. Council also chose to defer a decision to increase the current water metered rates, as proposed by staff, until the issue is re-examined. There are about 260 residences on water meters and the district has a year’s worth of data on close to 200. After analyzing the numbers, staff have determined metered customers are paying a lower rate than those on a flat rate. “If everyone was metered and that rate applied, it would be insufficient to operate the system,” explained
Rick Bomhof, Mission’s director of engineering and public works. Flat rate users are charged $465.48 for water and $354 for
household, on average, uses 234 cubic metres of water a year at a cost of $191.22. The new structure would introduce a flat rate of $276 a year,
The [voluntary water metering program] is not viable COUN. JEFF JEWELL sewer each year. Currently, metered customers pay a meter rental rate of $12.76 a month, plus $1.19 for every cubic metre of water used. According to the data collected, a

the water rate. Currently the average homeowner pays $224.24 a year, and the proposed rate would see that number increase to $344.05. The fixed rate is intended to provide stability in funding and it is attributable to the fixed costs of operating the utilities. The amount of water consumed varies from each home and the volume rate provides incentives for residents to conserve water. Jewell predicts there will be another staff report and recommendation for the voluntary water metering program soon.

Negotiated contract New section good for auto industry could cost $350,000 Local school district and CUPE union reach agreement Carol Aun MISSION RECORD
CUPE local 593 and the Mission school district have come up with a memorandum of agreement after a day of talks last week. Details of the agreement will not be publicized until it has been approved by the province and local CUPE members, who are expected to vote on the settlement Nov. 12. “We’ve certainly followed the guidelines [of the provincial framework reached in September] and took them into consideration,” stated Edie Heinrichs, board chair, Mission Public Schools. “The bargaining
committee feels happy with the progress and agreement reached,” said George Forsythe, president of CUPE local 593. “We’ll be recommending acceptance of the agreement.” All non-monetary issues were dealt with in March locally, and the Provincial Framework Agreement included a 3.5 per cent wage increase over three years, from July 1, 2012 to June 30, 2014. Mission school board is calling a meeting with representatives from the B.C. ministry of education to discuss how the district can fund such increases. Last year school district 75 had a $3.9 million deficit on the
books and every dollar saved goes into the repayment plan, explained Heinrichs. “How do we pay for these raises?” The CUPE wage increases are expected to cost about $350,000 for the local school district. Both Forsythe and Henirichs say the province should be picking up the tab for the wage increases, similar to the arrangement made for the BC Teachers Federation. There are more than 440 CUPE members in the Mission school district. Members include supervision assistants, trades people, custodians, bus drivers and other support staff.

Consumer help might be coming
The federal government brought down its Speech from the Throne last week, and advance reports suggested it would focus on the best interests of Canadian consumers. This is clearly designed with the 2015 federal election in mind, but it is a much-needed focus all the same. Canadians pay far too much for basic items, and given that most of them are not getting much in the way of wage increases, it’s getting harder and harder to pay the bills. While the federal government can’t single-handedly force businesses to lower prices, it can open up sectors to more competition in several key areas under its control. These include the telephone,
QUESTION OF THE WEEK
cable television, Internet and credit card industries. Lack of competition means we pay very high prices for cellphone service, particularly for extras like roaming charges and data plans. The big three companies control almost all of the market and have shown little willingness to lower prices. On the cable television front, consumers are forced to pay a lot of extra money for channels they don’t watch, and also often pay expensive bundled charges for cable and Internet service. In these two areas alone, consumers are forced to pay out more every year, leading to an erosion of their ability to buy other goods and services. – Langley Times

Columnist should stay out of the way Editor, The Record: Re: Science loses ground to superstition, Oct. 3 edition. Tom Fletcher quotes from the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) and promptly takes it out of context to suit his role of shill for the climate deniers. The IPCC stated that human activities are the cause of global warming but in no way does the apparent regional lull in global temperature increases discredit the proven science behind these findings. Fine tuning the work-
ing climate models to explain lulls in no way refutes the overall certainty that legitimate scientists have that human activity – especially the burning of fossil fuels – are the chief cause of global warming. If you have nothing constructive to say on the subject, Fletcher, then get out of the way of those who are trying to do good by this planet we call home. There is no “other side” to this issue. There is only science. Robert T. Rock Mission

A fourth robbery believed to be connected to the same person has taken place in Abbotsford. Police are investigating whether there are links between two similar incidents that have occurred in Mission. The latest robbery took place Saturday at about 8:45 p.m. at the One Stop Love Shop in the 32800 block of South Fraser Way in Abbotsford. A man brandishing a
gun entered the shop and demanded cash from the lone 33-yearold female employee. He then fled the store, and police believe he might have taken off in a vehicle parked nearby. Const. Ian MacDonald said security video shows a dark-coloured 1990s to early 2000s domestic, full-sized sedan as a possible suspect vehicle. Video also captures several people in a nearby parking lot, and MacDonald said police
are appealing for them to contact police. The robber was dressed in black, including a dark baseball cap, and had a scarf wrapped around the lower part of his face. He was Caucasian, about 5’10” and with a thin build. This matches the description of two robberies that occurred in Mission — one on Oct. 12 at the 14th Avenue Pub and the other on Oct. 16 at the Mac’s convenience store on
Seventh Avenue and Stave Lake Street. It also matches the description of three previous Abbotsford robberies — on Sept. 16 at a McDonald’s in the 3200 block of Mt. Lehman Road, Sept. 30 at a Subway restaurant in the 31900 block of South Fraser Way, and Oct. 3 at a pizza restaurant in the 30400 block of Blueridge Drive. In every incident, the suspect was carrying a handgun, had his face covered and was wearing dark clothing.
Another armed robbery in Abbotsford took place Oct. 8 at a convenience store in the 2100 block of McKenzie Road, but police now believe that incident involved a different person. The suspect in that case, who was caught on surveillance video, was described as 5’6” with a stocky build. Anyone with information is asked to call the Abbotsford Police at 604-859-5225 or the Mission RCMP at 604826-7161.
Two tractors stolen from farm More than $80,000 of farm equipment was stolen from a berry farm in the Hatzic area last weekend. Mission Mounties investigated the call Saturday morning and found the padlock to the barn at the blueberry farm east of Mission had been cut. Various farming equipment was stolen. Significant items taken were: • red Kubota M8540NPK farm trac-
tor with an estimated value of $63,000; • red Massey Ferguson 1529HL farm tractor with an estimated value of $24,000; • Landpride RBT3584 farm tractor blade with an estimated value of $3,000. Police are asking anyone with information about the theft to call them at 604-826-7161.

Party with the stars Oct. 26
Mission’s third annual star party will be held Oct. 26 at Fraser River Heritage Park. The Fraser Valley Astronomers Society (FVAS) will set up a variety of telescopes at the park to help visitors and star enthusiasts see the night sky. Our companion galaxy, Andromeda, is one of the most dramatic
sights in the autumn ski and should be visible on this clear, dark night, said Brian Antonson, FVAS member and star party organizer. “There are many deep sky wonders to be seen from the park’s vantage point on the south side, overlooking the valley, he added. “Planets, star clusters, galaxies, nebulae and other wonders
generally move across the sky from east to west during the evening. Slide and video presentations on a variety of space topics will be set up at the picnic shelter for visitors to view too. “The park is working toward establishing a permanent astronomical observatory and planetarium at the
southwest corner of the property, noted Antonson, who is also a member of Mission Heritage Association, which looks after the park. Dress warmly and come to the park at 7:30 p.m. on Oct. 26. Admission is free, but donations are appreciated. For more information call the park office at 604-826-0277.

The BMWi electric car powered its way with ease around city streets and along picturesque Dutch canals.
KEITH MORGAN
The future is electric AMSTERDAM – BMW has joined the race for the electric car dollar. On the evidence of two days driving the funky-looking all-electric i3 through the narrow streets of old Amsterdam and alongside the picturesque canals of rural Holland, the German manufacturer may have a winner. For starters, it is simply great fun to drive. The lithium-ion battery, encased in an aluminum cage below the five-seater cabin, provides enough instant zap to the electric motor to propel the car smoothly to 100 klicks in less than eight seconds. Left the stopwatch
at home, but counting “one-and-two etc.” to count seconds, my lips barely mouthed “six” before the speedo leapt from 80 to 120 km/h while passing. It handles beautifully at any speed and hugs the road; thanks to the technology-laden aluminum platform, that gives it a very low centre of gravity. Turns on a Euro too, as we found during the many U-turns made on blocked streets. Of course, F1 take-offs will suck the battery dry somewhat more quickly but you need not be a snail in the so-called Comfort mode to achieve the advertised 160 kilometres range on a full

VERDICT The standard features list is strong, including keyless entry, push button start, Bluetooth and USB connectivity for $15,995. If you equip the base model with air conditioning and automatic transmission, the price jumps to $18,795. The middle GS trim is the place most Canadians will shop and the range is from $19,695-$22,595 for things like heated seats, leather steering wheel, rain sensing wipers and more. The top GT with the larger engine, 18-inch wheels, xenon headlamps, Bose stereo and navigation, ranges from $25,855-$$29,855. As you can see, the price can ratchet up rather quickly.
The upside is that this is a car that can provide solid, fun to drive transportation, wrapped in a stylish package. Higher-end models feel like a much more expensive car, with qualities not found previously in this class of car. So, the price might be justified. I truly believe that Mazda is onto something. This is the best car in the compact class. zack@motormouth.ca THE LOWDOWN POWER: 2.0L 4-cylinder with 155hp or 2.5L with 184hp FILL-UP: 9.9L/7.0L/100km (city/highway) STICKER PRICE: $15,995$29,895

Most of the focus on the collector car world comes from televised auctions where six-figure cars are the norm, so it’s easy to conclude that the average person is priced out of the collector car world. But the fact of the matter is there are still plenty of interesting collectible cars out there for under 10 grand. Granted, they tend to be from the 1970s and 1980s rather than the 1950s or 1960s, but they’re all fun to drive and relatively easy to live with. Here are five of our favorites: 1985-93 FORD MUSTANG: The third generation or “Fox” platform Mustang brought affordable V-8 muscle back to the masses. Although it was introduced in 1979, better breathing cylinder heads and a re-designed four-barrel carburetor in 1985 pushed horsepower above 200 for the first time since the early 1970s. The relatively light and simple design of the car made the best use of the newfound ponies. While the oldest are just under 30 years old, the collector world is starting to wake up. Still, nice 5.0-liter V-8 examples of all three body styles (coupe, hatchback and convertible) are still available in LX and GT trim for 10 grand or less. 1966-77 FORD BRONCO: The Bronco pushes the 10 grand budget the most and you’ll have to look hard to find an unrusted or unmodified original Bronco in this price range, but they do occasionally lurk on Craigslist. Competition for the likes of the International Harvester Scout, early Broncos look right in the way that early Land Rovers do and collectors have taken a big shine to them lately. Buy now. 196569 CHEVROLET CORVAIR CORSA COUPE: The poor Corvair. Shunned by Chevy fans and import fans alike, it really is a poor-man’s Porsche, with styling on the second generation cars as nice as anything to come out of Germany, Italy or the U.S. at that time. Corvairs pioneered the use of turbocharging, and later cars could be made to handle quite well with some relatively inexpensive modifications, in spite of what Ralph Nader said. Incidentally, the 50th anniversary of the book “Unsafe at Any Speed” is continued on page 23

Ford Fusion 2010 to 2012

Six standard airbags helped the Fusion attain a top five-star crash-test rating.

Bob McHugh
Amid lingering global financial turmoil, recession recovery was already in high-gear at Ford, with an over a 40 per cent yearover-year sales gain that made Ford the top-selling automaker in Canada, in 2009. It was also the year it launched an all-new 2010 model year version of its popular mid-sized family car, the Ford Fusion. The 2010 Fusion was offered in SE and SEL trim levels with a choice of a 2.5-litre I4 or a 3.0-litre V6 engines and a 3.5-litre V6 powered an

Thanks to their special compound, winter tires offer the elasticity required to ensure maximum grip throughout the cold season, regardless of the road conditions. Summer tires can become hard when the temperatures fall below 7 degrees Celsius, thereby losing the flexibility needed to build up sufficient grip for braking, starting off, and cornering. Because of their greater suppleness in the cold, winter tires are able to interlock with the asphalt, snow, and ice, even at lower temperatures.

all-new Fusion Sport model with all-wheel-drive. Ford also introduced its first hybrid edition of Fusion with an Atkinson cycle version of the 2.5-litre engine and an electronically controlled continuously variable transmission (e-CVT). The hybrid’s battery is a nickel-metal hydride type that’s smaller and lighter than competitors and its temperature is controlled by air extracted from the passenger cabin. Claimed city/highway fuel consumption is a very impressive 4.6/5.4 L/100km. Fuel consumption ratings for the other Fusion engines are as follows; 9.4/6.4 L/100 km (city/highway) for the 2.5-litre; 11.1/7.3 (city/highway) for the 3.0-litre V6 models; and 12.7/8.3 (city/highway) for the 3.5-litre with all-wheel drive. A new optional safety feature on the 2010 Fusion (well worth having) was a Blind Spot system that comes with Cross Traffic Alert, which was a unique to Ford system. Radar sensors in the rear side quarter panels can detect a moving object within a 20 metre (65-ft) range on either side. Great to have when vision is restricted (as it often is) when backing out of a parking stall. This generation is also a quieter Fusion. Changes to reduce cabin noise levels include an acoustic windshield, thicker front-door glass, new hood insulators, additional sound deadening in the trunk and a new headliner in the cabin that’s made with an absorption material. An air filter that removes respiratory irritants and toxins from entering the cabin was also a new standard feature of Fusion. A new standard innovation was a fuel filler system called EasyFuel. Not only does it eliminate the need to remove a gas cap when filling up, it reduces evaporative emissions. You simply push the fuel-pump nozzle into a gas tank
receptacle and it automatically seals shut when removed. Six standard airbags helped the Fusion attain a top five-star crash-test rating. If an air bag is deployed, Fusion also has a unique emergency alert system that flashes the hazard warning lights and sounds the horn, to attract attention. An electronic stability-control system with a brake-activated traction control system was a new standard safety feature. The MyKey security system was made a standard feature on the 2011 Fusion, a spotter mirror, to help eliminate blind spots, was incorporated in the door mirrors and the SE edition got standard automatic headlights. No significant changes were made for 2012. Good reliability, owner satisfaction and low cost of repair ratings helped the 2012 Ford Fusion get a “Recommend” rating from Consumer Reports. Ford Fusion buyers also benefit from having a good supply of them on the market and used prices tend to be reasonable. A potentially great value pre-owned purchase. Price Check - 2010 to 2012 Ford Fusion (October 2013) Year Edition Expect to Pay Today 2010 SEL $11,000 to $14,000 2011 SEL $13,000 to $16,000 2012 SEL $16,000 to $20,000 Prices vary depending on a used vehicle’s condition, mileage, usage and history. A complete mechanical check should always be performed by a reliable auto technician prior to purchase. Recalls on the 2010 to 2012 Ford Fusion: 2010 - A problem with the manual recliner mechanisms on the front seats may cause additional movement of the seat back. Dealers will replace the seat recliner mechanisms. 2010 - A park pawl in the automatic transmission may not fully engage when shifted into “Park” and this could allow the vehicle to roll on an incline, if the park brake is not activated. Dealers will inspect and, if necessary, replace the park rod guide retention pin. 2010/2011- The lug nuts on vehicles equipped with 17 inch steel wheels may loosen and this could result in wheel separation. Dealers will replace the lug nuts on all four wheels, inspect the rear brake rotors and replace them as necessary.

Water-cooled front-engine Porsches have yet to see the love from collectors, and we think that the 944 is one of the best of the bunch. The move from gross to net horsepower makes it seem as though power was down more than it really was, and mid-1970s Corvettes came in some great colors with nice options like competition-inspired gymkhana suspension and aluminum wheels. A tire’s number one enemy isn’t road hazards; it’s under-inflation. Most drivers know low tire pressure can lead to skidding, hydroplaning and blow outs, even los-
ing control of a vehicle. Yet most people aren’t aware of a tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) in their vehicle and they don’t recognize the low tire pressure light
that could save their life. According to Transport Canada, a recent study indicated that about 50% of the vehicles on the road in Canada have at least one
tire that is either over or under-inflated by more than 10%. In fact, 10% of all vehicles surveyed had at least one tire underinflated by 20%. This represents a real

safety issue. Canada Safety Council states that under-inflation is the leading cause of tire failure. In the U.S., the National Highway Transportation Safety Administration estimates 660 people per year are killed as a result of under-inflated tires. Low tire pressure has a big impact on road safety. Since you can’t always tell if a tire’s pressure is low just by looking at it, tire pressure monitoring systems were created to warn drivers when this happens. The symbol, which illuminates on the dashboard, appears like a treaded horseshoe surrounding an exclamation mark. “TPMS is such an important safety feature, but we’re finding a lot of drivers don’t know what TPMS is and there is skepticism about its value,” says Carey Hull, director of retail products, Kal Tire. “Just like seatbelts and air bags, TPMS can save lives. We want to help Canadians understand TPMS, what the warning light looks like and what to do when they see the symbol light up on their dashboard.” A tire loses its ability to manage the vehicle’s weight when pressure drops as little as five per cent. As a result, steering, braking and suspension can suffer. If the TPMS senses your tire is under-inflated by 25 per cent or more below the vehicle manufacturer’s recommended air pressure, the TPMS symbol illuminates on your dashboard. This is a warning to pull over and check your tire pressure. Once checked, if the tires all appear normal, proceed with caution to a tire service centre to have them properly inspected. “Ideally, everyone would check their tire pressure monthly, long before it’s ever under-inflated by 25 per cent, because at that point, you could be in danger,” says Hull. “Ideally drivers would never see the TPMS symbol illuminate on their dashboard, but if they do, we want them to be able to respond appropriately.” Starting in 2007, TPMS became a legislated feature on all passenger vehicles sold in the United States, the first country to mandate TPMS. Today, nearly 70 per cent of new vehicles sold in Canada are TPMS-equipped, but the feature isn’t mandated here. Schrader International, the leading supplier of TPMS sensors, valves, tools and training, predicts that over the next decade, TPMS will be a standard safety feature on all vehicles globally.

MISSION RECORD
The stage is set for Mission’s Diwali: A Festival of Lights celebration on Oct. 29. “Diwali,” explained Kusum Soni, festival coordinator, “celebrates the victory of good over evil in Hindu faith.” Lights are a symbol for hope, and for Soni, the festival indicates a change of season. Diwali happens after the monsoon season in India when houses usually need to be cleaned up and repaired, she said. The days get darker and lights have to be lit, she added. “Traditionally, one day before Diwali, people buy new utensils, maybe a spoon. Some people buy new clothes, and some people exchange gifts, like Christmas.” Sweets are also made and presented to guests to wish them a good year ahead. There will be lots of sweets at the Mission celebration at the Clarke Theatre, said Soni, noting volunteers from the Sikh Temple and the Rotary Club will be busy in the kitchen

Speed skaters hit the ice BUYING in Mission this weekend OR SELLING Leisure Centre improvements will enhance ice condition controls The 2013-14 speed skating season picks up where it left off in the spring — at the Mission Leisure Centre. The local arena was the site of last season’s B.C. short track championships, and it plays host to the first competitive meet of the new season this
Saturday. More than 100 skaters of all ages and abilities will converge on the North Arena for a full day of racing with events kicking off at 8 a.m. and concluding at 4 p.m. “We expect many very fast times as Mission is regarded as having the best ice
conditions around,” said Mission Racers club president and meet co-ordinator Bruce Wenting. The Mission Leisure Centre has undergone technical improvements over the summer with improved lighting and insulation which will only enhance the staff’s
ability to control ice conditions. The Mission Racers will have 15 skaters entered in the meet ranging from five to 17 years old. The event will also serve as a volunteer recruitment and training opportunity for the 2014 BC Winter Games to be held in February.

MISSION CITY BRANCH #57
DETACHMENT OF GREED
More than one wise man has said that desire is the true source of suffering and illusion. Most often it isn’t the objective facts of things that bother us, but rather our subjective views of these same things which cause us pain. For, if we did not desire things so strongly, we would undoubtedly suffer less. It is only because we like our favorite coffee cup so much that we distress over its inevitable breakage. But even more than this simple example illustrates, our attachment to things causes us to see them in a distorted way. Similarly, great hunger makes us see everything as food, or potential food. Desire and attachment are like rose-colored glasses that we forget we are wearing. And thus, the businessman who thinks only of money sees everything as an opportunity for profit or loss; and, the forlorn lover sees everything as a potent reminder of their lost love. Man is desirous to the marrow of his bones, and the trail of the human serpent seems to cover everything; therefore, we should always be aware of this very human condition, and remember that real treasures are stored in Heaven. Take heed, and beware of covetousness; for a man’s life does not consist in the abundance of his possessions. R.S.V. Luke 12:15

Gone but not forgotten. You can shed tears that she is gone or you can smile because she has lived. You can close your eyes and pray that she’ll come back or you can open your eyes and see all she’s left. Your heart can be empty because you can’t see her or you can be full of the love you shared. You can turn your back on tomorrow and live yesterday or you can be happy for tomorrow because of yesterday. You can remember her and only that she’s gone or you can cherish her memory and let it live on. You can cry and close your mind, be empty and turn your back or you can do what she’d want: smile, open your eyes, love and go on. Your loving husband, Harry and children.
Jimmy Brient Loving and kind in all his ways, upright & just to the end of his days. Sincere & kind in heart & mind, what a beautiful memory he left behind. Loving wife Joyce & family
