Petitioners say law suit action brought out the truth AUTUMN MacDONALD Observer Reporter After a petition to sue city council was dismissed, the city is looking to move forward while petitioners are maintaining the lawsuit served a purpose. “That was the whole point,” one petitioner Sylvia Battley said. “To get the truth out.”
