Our valued customers saying nice things... I would like re-count to potential buyers or sellers of real estate my recent experience with the condo market in Kelowna. During the spring of 2012 my rental condo became vacant and I decided to renovate and sell the condo myself. After many months on the market I could see that I wasn’t getting the response I had hoped for! A relative told me about a new company called 2% Realty. After meeting with David Lofthaug for the first time in my home I felt hopeful that a sale was possible. He explained to me about all the marketing tools he would implement to create interest in my property. After the very first showing, I received an offer – I was in shock!! Following some tough negotiations, which David guided me through, step by step, we had a very quick sale! David

We met with Cal, to list our property in the fall of 2012. After being on the market for a couple of years, using multiple methods to advertise ourselves, we decided to seek out the help of a real estate professional. With Cal, we received exactly that. From the start to the finish, we appreciated his kind and considerate approach in explaining how he was marketing the sale of our property. Going into a slower time for sales, in the Okanagan, we figured that we would give him a one year contract for the sale to be fair to him. Cal definitely didn’t really need that one year, as he had an offer within the first few days. Unvfortunately, the property didn’t fit the prospective buyers building plans. That didn’t slow down Cal! When we found out that John had been in the real estate business for over 30 years and showed us what was needed to sell it for the most money in the shortest time it all made sense and we listed the property with John and 2% Realty. Within a month we had several showings and sold it for
