The trial of a Campbell River father accused of killing his seven-year-old son will take place in Victoria. Brent Warren is charged with first degree murder in the death of his son Jonathon. According to Campbell River RCMP, police were called to the home in the 2600 block of South Alder St., on July 27, 2011, at about 2:30 a.m. The boy was found suffering from serious injures and was rushed to hospital where he later died.
