Production Staff
Kim Dornheim is the director of USA National Miss Pennsylvania as well as the owner and founder of PA Pageant Productions, LLC. Kim competed in the Miss Pennsylvania USA pageant back in 1989. While she didn’t place in that pageant, she fell in love with pageantry. So, when her daughter asked to compete in her first pageant, the excitement started all over again. In her professional life, Kim is a Local Trial Manager in clinical research for a major pharmaceutical company. Kim holds her Bachelors Degree in Sports and Health Sciences and her Masters Degree in Clinical Research Administration. Personally, Kim is married with one daughter who is a Freshman at Troy University in Alabama. She currently resides in White Haven with her husband David, her dog Faith, and her two cats, Socks and Boo.
Ginny Tregaskis is an assistant director of USA National Miss Pennsylvania. Ginny is retired from working over 25 years in the field of customer service. She is the proud mother of 5 adult children ranging in ages from 21 to 27. Ginny is also the proud grandmother of one grandson, Cameron. She spends most days enjoying time with her grandson. Ginny currently resides in Lake Ariel with her husband Jerry, and her 3 dogs, Chloe, Jasper, and Lexi.
Production Staff Courtney Dornheim is not only an Assistant Director but also your 2016 USA National Miss Pennsylvania Teen. Courtney competed at the USA National Miss National Pageant where she placed top 16 being the People’s Choice winner. Majoring in Sports Management, she attends Troy University in Alabama. One day, she hopes to achieve her goal of becoming the first female National Hockey League head coach. A member of Chi Omega Sorority, Courtney keeps herself busy being involved with the Troy University Baseball Team as a member of the Diamond Dolls and is also a Trojanette all while being named to the Chancellors Honors List. Courtney has been competing in different pageant systems since she was 16. After she competed in USA National Miss, she found the pageant system that she calls “home”. In her spare time, Courtney is the Assistant Director of the Tiaras Loving Children Special Needs Pageant and Administrative Director of Miss Military Star Charity Pageant system. Courtney is also the State Operations Intern for the USA National Miss National Office.
Pageant Weekend Emcee
Courtney Richards, a senior at Lake-Lehman, currently resides in Dallas, Pennsylvania with her parents Michael and Donna Richards. Courtney's involvement in pageants began in 2014 when she was crowned the Pittston Tomato Festival Queen. After winning that title, Courtney began competing in the Miss America's Outstanding Teen Organization where she won her first title as the 2015 Miss Luzerne County's Outstanding Teen. She continued competing in the scholarship organization and won her second title as the 2016 Miss Northeastern PA's Outstanding Teen. She currently holds the title of Miss Luzerne County's Outstanding Teen 2017. Courtney recently competed at the Miss Pennsylvania's Outstanding Teen pageant in June where she finished in the top 10. While involved in MAOTeen, Courtney has developed her platform Volunteerism~ "Be the Change You Want to See in the World", she started a summer food program in her school district for students who typically receive free and reduced lunches during the school year, and she has organized and held numerous fundraisers that have benefitted her food program, local food pantries, the United Way, and Children's Miracle Network Hospitals. When not involved in MAOTeen, Courtney is very active in her school community. While maintaining a 3.9 GPA, she also holds many leadership roles in school clubs. She is a member of her student council, a Key Club board member, president of the drama club, a 2017 member of Junior Leadership Wilkes-Barre, a member of the National Honor Society, and a member of 2017 Youth Salute. Courtney has a passion for the arts. She has held numerous roles in her high school theater, and enjoys various opportunities to sing at public events. Upon completing her education at Lake-Lehman Jr/Sr High School, Courtney plans to attend higher education and secure a Bachelor's Degree in Communications with a minor in Marketing. Although she has not decided upon the institution, she is drawn to the city of Philadelphia. Courtney looks forward to her collegiate years and what the future holds.
Meet our Competition Judges
Lindsay Rodolico is a Philadelphia native, Temple University Alumn, passionate individual with diverse interest and skills and also our USA National Miss Pennsylvania Head Judge. Her professional dancing career started in Arena Football with Jon Bon Jovi and the Philly Soul back in 2004. She moved to Los Angeles in 2007 and choreographed music videos, live performances and worked with various teams in the professional sports industry. Lindsay was Director and Choreographer of the LA KISS Girls and Junior KISS Girls and worked with the iconic rock band, KISS. She also worked for the WNBA as the Director of Entertainment, Game Operations and Promotions for the Los Angeles Sparks. This past summer, she took her choreography and directing skills to China for the NBA Legends Tour and recently moved to New York as the Director of Event Presentation and Entertainment for the New York Knicks. She is also a certified teacher for PK-12th grade and serves on the board of a non-profit, She-Is, that is focused on providing a safe, empowered, and supportive environment where young survivors of sexual abuse and sex trafficking can strengthen their true worth through the power of dance. A huge believer that you lead best by example, Lindsay is actively involved in multiple non-profit organizations and shares her love of dance, entertainment, and empowerment with her community.

Mary Meister has been a volunteer local Executive Director for the Miss America Organization for ten years. One of her local titleholders was crowned Miss Pennsylvania, and several have been finalists for the State title. Mary is a retired Safety Professional, whose involvement in pageantry began when her daughter was a teen competitor. In addition, she has served as Business Manager for Miss Pennsylvania. Mary’s volunteer involvements also include Habitat for Humanity, and serving as a Trustee for her local library.
Bucky Szulborski is a lifelong resident of Bethlehem, PA and is a REALTOR since November 2001 and volunteers as a pageant coach. He a former Bethlehem City Councilman and active in many community organizations. He graduated from Notre Dame High School and received his Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Ft. Lauderdale University in Florida. He is a former President of the Miss Pennsylvania Scholarship Organization (America) and has served on the boards of Camelot for Children, the Sun Inn Preservation Association, the Catholic Youth Organization for the Diocese of Allentown, the Bethlehem Recreation Commission, the Bethlehem Fine Arts Commission and the Bethlehem Area Public Library Board. He currently serves on the boards of the Home Opportunity Movement, the Star of Bethlehem Children’s Festival and the Regular Fellows.

Marla Viturello brings a world of experience to this year’s pageant judges table. Marla has 20 years combined professional dance experience as an NFL cheerleader and former Director and Choreographer for Bon Jovi’s Philadelphia Soulmates. Marla developed the Soulmates from the ground-up as she was the first ever coach to develop a Philadelphia AFL dance team. She currently remains as a consultant for the team. Marla brings NFL experience as being a six-year veteran captain of the Philadelphia Eagles Cheerleaders. She was also named 1999 NFL Probowl cheerleader being the only representative to go to the Probowl that year and was named “Fan Favorite” at the big game. Marla is the head choreographer for the Philadelphia Cheerleaders Alumni. She was selected to choreograph the NFL Philadelphia Chapter Susan B. Komen Dance event as well as many other charity performances. These events encompass former Eagles’ Cheerleader alumni dating from the 1960’s to 2016. Marla is also a guest instructor for All Pro 3 in Atlanta, Georgia teaching hundreds of NFL, NBA, AFL, and NHL dancers various routines to be performed in stadiums all over the country. Marla is also a choreographer for GOING PRO, an organization that focuses on potential, current and former pro cheerleaders and pro dancers. She has also competed, coached and judged at the state, regional, national and professional levels in cheerleading, dance and gymnastics as well as choreographed for the International Modeling and Talent Association in New York City and was a dancing/singing coach for Barbizon Modeling Agency where she also did talent recruitment. Marla has appeared on many TV and radio commercials and talk shows, including the first ever episode of Lou Tilley’s Sport’s Connection as well as coordinated and choreographed performances for Jon Bon Jovi with girls that performed with the band during half time and Bon Jovi’s concerts. She choreographed the AFL ArenaBowl commercial in Vegas in 2006 with Mike Ditka and Ron Jaworski and also featured her Philadelphia Soulmates in several slot tournaments with the cast from The Soprano’s in Atlantic City. Marla is a certified instructor for the Aerobic and Fitness Association of America and teaches adult dance boot camps as well as models for various fitness companies and apparel. Marla is also a registered nurse who has a BSN from Thomas Jefferson University and is an advocate for anti-opiod use by persuing a career in pharmacogenetic testing, prescription compounding and urine drug screening. Currently the reigning Mrs. New Jersey Ambassador 2017, Marla will be competing for the USA title in July in Tampa, Florida.

Nina Meister is a volunteer certified auditor for her family’s Miss America Organization local competition. Her involvement in pageantry began when she was a teen competitor, and continues. Nina has held national, state and local pageant titles, including recognition for her excellent vocal skills and community service portfolio. She completed the music major at Nazareth Academy High School prior to her Bachelor degree in English from Arcadia University. Nina continued her education to achieve a Masters in Library and Information Science from Clarion University, and is the Director of a community library in Berks County, Pennsylvania.
Stephanie Vasiliadis started modeling and dancing at the age of 2. She has held numerous titles throughout the years, from local dair queen to North East Outstanding Teen, and Miss Pennsylvania National Teenager. She was a competitive dancer for nearly 20 years and has also won numerous titles and awards for her talent including overall talent winner at Pennsylvania’s Outstanding Teen and America’s National Teenager. Since then, she has helped other succeed in different pageant circuits through coaching and has also been judging pageants for nearly 10 years. Stephanie holds a degree in Biology from the University of Scranton and is a published photographer. She keeps busy being a wife and a mother of two toddlers, running a photography business and volunteering in her community.

Delegate Spotlight Mila Lucas Jr. Princess Division Mila Francesca Lucas is four years old and was born on August 26, 2012. She is from Meadville PA, where she attends Seton Catholic School. Her favorite thing about school is hanging out with her friends and arts and crafts time. She loves to create things with her play-doh, play with foam stickers and build gingerbread houses no matter what season it is. She has a little brother named Declan who looks up to her and loves to imitate her runway pageant walks and poses . She started doing local pageants when she was three years old and hasn’t looked back since. Her favorite things about pageants are meeting new sister queens, volunteering and of course the candy she gets to throw during parades. Pageants have given Mila the opportunity to make appearances and meet new people. She loves giving back to her community and donating her time to help in any way she can. One of her favorite things to do for her community is go to the Fire Station during Christmas time and donate toys for the Toys for Tots program. Mila has just started to enter into the modeling world. She has been featured in Glady’s Magazine, L’E Kids Magazine, Snap Model Magazine and Sprinkle Kids Magazine. Just recently she entered a photo contest which landed her the cover of LE Bloom Kids Magazine. In her spare time, she plays T-ball, soccer, ballet, tumbling and figure skates. During the summer she likes to hangout at her papas lake house and go fishing, swimming and drive the boat. She enjoys campfires and making s’mores under the stars on summer nights. She also enjoys golfing with Daddy and going to Mimi’s house to spend the night. When Mila grows up she hopes to be a “Baby Doctor” as she calls it. She would like to help all babies grow up to be big and strong. Whether Mila wins the crown or not, she will continue her journey in trying to make a difference in her community and be a positive influence in people’s everyday lives.

Delegate Spotlight Kylee Jo Ware Preteen Division Miss Kylee Jo Ware, was born February 3,2017 in Johsntown
Pennsylvania. She resides in Stoystown Pennsylvania, with her parents Paula Jo Knipple and Kyle Ware. Kylee Jo is the youngest of three children. Even though her brother and sister are older and they are no longer living at home, they have been a positive influence in her life. Her mother is a stay at home mom, but she has worked as an EMT. Her father is currently working as a payed Paramedic, and volunteers as a fireman, with Stoystown Volunteer Fire Company. Her father also owns and operates his own small construction company. Kylee Jo will be entering the 5th grade this fall, at North Star Middle School. She is an excellent student, who excels in Art and Science. She loves to read, and for this reason she can not wait to attend her first year of middle school, because of the library alone,and the vast amount of books it holds. She has attended, and has been selected to attend, ATOMS the last two years. She has also attended, a five day course at our local community collage last summer. This course offer kids the chance to learn STEM related activities. Kylee Jo's activities and hobbies include; Spending time with family and friends. She enjoys reading, and her favorite author is Rick Riordan. Her favorite series of books by this author are characters based on Greek mythology. This has inspired her to visit the ruins of Greece one day. She is currently a brown belt in karate, and has studied under Paramount Martial Arts. She has been taking guitar lessons for the past year. Her love of music also includes singing. She takes singing lessons at Top Hat Rhythm and Dance, and is a member of their competition team. This year was her first competitive season, where she received a 1st place high gold trophy, and won overall soloist, with an invitation to attend nationals. If you do not find her reading, she has a strong passion for drawing and making short animations. Kylee Jo's favorite motto is: “I am smart, I am strong and I am beautiful�. She encourages everyone to remember these simple words. Never let anyone bully you or tell you otherwise. Just say out loud to yourself these words, when you need a little encouragement, because you are smart, you are strong, and you are beautiful. Kylee Jo's ambition in life is to become a software engineer. Her goal is that one day you will see her work, as a computer animation artist, in either television or in the movie theaters. She hopes to one day work , as one of the few female animators, for Time Warner Incorporated. In her spare time she would like to develop and animate video games. Whether or not Kylee Jo would have the opportunity to represent USA National American Miss Preteen as the crowned queen, she would like to speak to young ladies about their ambitions to one day study or work in a male dominated field. She would like to shatter the conception that working in STEM related fields, should be held only to men. She encourages her generation, along with the generations before and after her, that they should continue to push forward and hopefully one day even out the male female ratio to these types of jobs. She would also like to put an end to stereotypical roles of both male and female individuals. She believes that young men and women should concentrate on what they want to accomplish in life, and not to conform to the box that society has put them in. The only way that this can be accomplished is to just go out and do it. No matter what, you should never let anyone stop you. Kylee Jo Ware

Delegate Spotlight Sydnee Kleckner Preteen Division
Sydnee Kleckner is a 4th grade student at Thomas Hotlzman Elementary School. She achieved academic excellence in 3rd grade for having over 95% in all her classes. Sydnee is a member of Girl Scout Troop 14003 where she is a junior scout. As a Brownie Scout, Sydnee earned all her badges and journeys. Sydnee is also a member of Wildwood Swim Team, ABC East Youth Bowling League, and her church bible quiz team. Sydnee began her journey in pageantry with the Cinderella Pageant System at age 4 where she received the title of Tot Personality. She has also competed in the Sunburst and Miss American Coed pageant systems. Last year, Sydnee was the reigning Miss Keystone State Sweetheart with MAC. Sydnee dreams of one day being a fashion designer as well as a firefighter. In her spare time, Sydnee volunteers at Caitlin Smiles and the Ronald McDonald House. Sydnee is from Harrisburg, PA.

Knick Name: Short Round Loves: Softball, bowling, chess, band, chorus, National Park hopping, Jr. Ranger Programs, travelling and rafting. I also love to read Favorite Class: History Achievements: Honor Roll, Chess Awards: 2 First Place and a Second Place award and 3 team trophies, Bowling awards: Female Singles Bowling Champion Scholarship, Pro/Youth 4th Place Scholarship, Bair’s Den Female Scholarship, Most Improved and High Female Series Awards. One of my all time favorite things to do is go to National Parks (Department of the Interior Sites). Did you know there are over 400 National Parks? I’ve been to 134 National Park Service sites and 8 Lighthouses on the East Coast. I love to explore places I have never been. The world is so large—there is much to be seen!
