Bamboo is a strong, elastic and hardy fiber. Its smooth surface and comfortable fit are the most desirable for knitting needles. Only the most premium parts of the bamboo are used for the needles.

• We cut and discard the bent portions, shoots and roots of bamboo trees.
• In order to make sure that materials do not shrink when they are dried, we use only the portion near the outer surface, where wood fiber texture is firm and tight.

Slash quilting is a method of quilting. In this method, multiple layers of fabric are arranged on top of a base fabric and are sewn parallel to the true bias direction. Then, seams of all layers but the bottom layer are cut through and washed, and the fabric of the openings is raised.

1. Layer pieces of fabric so that the fabric grain is aligned. Select a piece of fabric that has a surface which raises easily as the middle layer, and place a larger piece of fabric as the bottom layer for easy cutting.
2. With a sewing machine, make seams with a fixed width in the true bias direction (in a 45 degree angle to the fabric grain).
3. Insert the Slash Cutter guide in between the seams. (Place the guide on top of the bottom layer.)
4. Hold the fabric down with one hand and push the Slash Cutter forward to cut. (Make a cut with scissors if it is hard to cut at the beginning)
5. Once all the cutting is done, wash with a washing machine and raise fabric. Dry and add the finishing touches to complete.
