DURABILITY
As a major player in the board and water sports industry, we are fully aware of our responsibility to guarantee that our products will deliver endless fun on the water for all our customers as well as the sustainable future we all hope for. That's why all our products are manufactured to be as longlasting as possible. All our manufacturing off-cuts are recycled, and more than half of all our products are recyclable at the end of their life.

We are proud to be the only major manufacturer of board and water sports equipment operating in Europe. At our production facility in France, we conceive and construct the vast majority of our products. Working together as a team, we use our unique experience and know-how to distribute our products in more than 90 countries.
40 Years of Molding Expertise
Tahe Outdoors France is the proud owner of an industrial tool that is unique in the world, capable of three different manufacturing techniques: thermoforming, thermoforming around a polystyrene core, and blow moulding/blown extrusion.
Tahe Outdoors France is the only manufacturer in the world to have these three manufacturing techniques available on one production site. This enables us to produce six different product types with consistency, quality and faithfulness to the original design, every time. Tahe Outdoors France also makes its own polystyrene and polyethylene slabs at the same site.
Eco Friendly Manufacturing
ACE-TEC, TOUGH-TEC, and SKIN-TEC products are proudly produced in Vannes (Brittany), France, at the forefront of eco-minded manufacturing.
ACE-TEC and TOUGH-TEC utilize thermo-formed skins, watertight EPS cores, and externally molded inserts. Both technologies use low energy consumption, no pollution, and resource conservation. ACE-TEC cut-off waste during production is recycled back into the process. TOUGH-TEC products can be entirely recycled at the end of their life cycle.
SKIN-TEC is a high-density cellular foam fusion formed and molded in France. The foam slabs come out of the mold in a fully-finished shape, generating no waste during production. Durable, lightweight, water-resistant, and recyclable.

The rig includes a fully-battened, 4.5m2 mono-film sail with mast pocket similar to that of a windsurf sail. Rigged on a epoxy mast and aluminium boom, the sail has been designed with an open leech to give sailors maximum control and performance in all conditions. The 3.5m2 dacron sail, designed for sailing schools, is compatible with the 4.5m2 mast and boom.
