It is truly an honor to serve as President of the Building Industry Association of Okaloosa-Walton Counties and to be the builder of this year’s Emerald Coast Scholarship Dream Home.

Because of this collective effort, the BIA is able to give back in a meaningful way. Proceeds from the Emerald Coast Scholarship Dream Home support two important initiatives: the Mike Josey Memorial Scholarship Fund, which provides financial assistance to students pursuing college or trade school education in building industry-related fields, and the newly established Jeremy Stewart Tools of the Trade Scholarship, which helps individuals entering the workforce obtain the tools they need to start their careers or launch their own construction-related businesses.
