8 oz. cream cheese, softened 1 c. sugar 8 oz. whipped topping, thawed
TOPPING
3 cans mandarin oranges, drained 6 oz. box orange Jell-O 2 c. boiling water
INSTRUCTIONS 1. Oven to 350. Coat 9x13 baking dish with nonstick spray. 2. Crust: Mix together the crushed pretzels, sugar & melted butter. Press evenly into the prepared baking dish. Bake 7 minutes, set aside & cool completely. 3. Filling: Beat the cream cheese & sugar with a handheld mixer. Fold in the whipped topping. Spread evenly over the cooled pretzel layer, make sure it goes completely to the edges so the Jell-O layer doesn’t leak through. Refrigerate until set, 30 minutes. 4. Topping: Whisk together the orange Jell-O & boiling water until completely dissolved. Set aside to cool slightly 10 minutes. Pour mixture over the cooled cream cheese layer. Gently add the mandarin orange slices. 5. Refrigerate until completely chilled and set, at least 3 hours. Slice & serve!
