DeAnn Golden is a real estate leader, coach, and champion for growth. A native of Athens, Georgia, she earned her MBA from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business while starting her career as a receptionist and working her way up. Raised in real estate, she learned early that success comes from investing in other’s around you and fiercely protecting your clients’ best interests. Known for her authenticity and passion for talent development, DeAnn believes training transfers knowledge, but coaching transforms people. She challenges the status quo, reshapes status go, and promotes energetic cultures—always putting people first. Whether launching innovative offices, creating wealth-building programs, or leading through challenges like the pandemic, she embodies a “let’s go” spirit. A sought-after speaker and national contributor, DeAnn’s mission is simple: open doors, inspire potential, and make home ownership possible for all. She ascribes to the mantra in life and work to “always make good moves.” DeAnn lives in Marietta, Georgia and blessed with a blended family: husband Craig, her children Grace and Wilson, their older brothers Michael and Tyler, and Craig’s three sons. Her “Why” is her family and serving others, which inspired her #GoldenMoments initiative—encouraging people to treasure what matters most in life... in memory of her late husband, Tony Golden. Outside of work, she’s deeply involved in civic initiatives and enjoys supporting her children’s activities. As a former Tulane University Varsity swimmer and nationally ranked competitor, DeAnn’s competitive spirit and stamina continue to drive her success today. She is a forever coach at heart passing along her experiences to shape others.

Commissioner Georgia Real Estate Commission (GREC) 2023 - Present (5-Year Term) Appointed by Governor Brian Kemp to the six-member board regulating Georgia’s real estate industry, overseeing licensing, renewals, and enforcement. GREC’s role is to protect the public interest.
